Love this tool (Metabo 18V 60Nm Drill/Screwdriver with Quick-change Chuck). Would like to complement the tool with the Quick-change attachments. Have got the Angle attachment (which works great) but am finding it hard to get hold of the Off-Set attachment. It would be an excellent tool with all the additions.

In all I waited less the a month.
The item was not urgent so very happy with the service

I was sent the wrong product. I sent it back to you and then was told I would receive the level I ordered in less than 2 weeks as you didn't have the level I ordered in stock to begin with. After 2 weeks I still hadn't receive my level so I contacted you again only to be told it will still be another month. My order was placed on the 2/9/20 and I still haven't received it.

Looked at the product that I wanted, description was on the dot, the delivery was on time, product had no defects, simply put—— great experience.

After several years, numerous job sites and loaning tools when required the old GearWrench combination wrench set had 4 items missing.
As I was an existing customer on the Get Tools Direct web site, I searched the site finding only full sets not individual items. I then went to the Gear Wrench web site and located the individual part numbers for the missing items. I sent the description and part numbers to Get Tools Direct via a quote request on their web site.
Liam from Get Tools Direct got back to me with pricing. The items were ordered. I paid credit card over the phone. The goods were shipped to my house. The 4 empty pockets in the tool pouch are now full again. Function has been restored.

I ordered two Festool systainers on 26 August. They arrive 17 days later, both systainers were damaged. I notified GTD on the 11 September (the same day they were delivered) that the systainers were damaged and sent them photos . It is now 13 October (33 days later) and GTD have done nothing.

What sort of company thinks it OK to ship damaged goods then not reply to a dissatisfied customers email? If I owned GTD, I would be embarrassed that my company shipped damaged goods and do my best to resolve the issue. However, GTD choose to do nothing.

Ordered a great White tool cabinet combo and was certainly not disappointed. Very good quality tool cabinet and would recommend to anyone and would recommend Get Tools Direct who not only had fabulous service, but great price and communication

Easy online process, quick and thorough communication

A company that offers insurance to make sure you receive your order is not good. Defeats the purpose of ordering on line! Did Not receive my order and was told that because I opted out of insurance and gave permission to leave order if no one home was out of their hands. I never received a tracking number as per their confirmation email order, never ever had a problem with many parcels delivered before without insurance!
