I couldn't find my favorite tools kit in whole victoria. It was out of stick but get tools did really great. And I bought it during the Covid time. My purchase delivered on time and it was really a good experience for me.

I ordered because i seen on the website "fast delivery". It took 4 weeks to get delivered to Brisbane, and even that was only after I called twice for updates.

Tools themselves where as per the description.
Massive lack of communication. Tools where ordered 2-3 months ago and have only received them today. Not acceptable. Don’t care how cheap the tools where I shall not be using this company again.
I’ve been ordering many many things during covid abs for the most part everything was a few days late if late at all. This is beyond a joke and then to not receive an email back when I asked what was happening just tops it all off really.

My Aldi drill packed it in on thursday and I urgently needed a functioning cordless drill. So I had had enough of dodgy ones and decided to invest in a milwaukee combo.The best deal I saw locally was at total tools nambour and they had the combo available. However I thought I would give the local boys at Maroochydore a go. Matt was great I must say. Even though you weren't offering the same combo he matched it. As I am in a wheelchair I asked my wife to pick it up for me on Friday and she was looked after very well. Thanks Matt and Get Tools. Andrew Perren

Fantastic and friendly service and great rates. After a number of wrong turns with repairs to my mower resulting in $500 wasted with people who didnt know what they were doing the guys at Get Tools Direct picked up, fixed and returned my zero turn mower promptly and effectively.
They are my go to now!
