Tatt 4 måneder frem og tilbake med en sjokoladefontene som jeg kjøpte. Den funket ikke fra start. Har enda ikke fått pengene tilbake eller blitt møtt med en løsning. 5 uker siden sist jeg fikk en mail. Purret opp igjen og igjen. Dårlig service.

Oppvaskmaskin Ikke Løst Etter 5 Måneder med Problemer

Vi kjøpte en oppvaskmaskin til restauranten våren 2025. Etter bare noen få måneder (oktober) ble den ødelagt. Siden oktober har jeg gjentatte ganger kontaktet deres kundeservice. De ba meg finne reparatør og betale selv, og selv etter reparasjon ble den ødelagt igjen. Til slutt skulle de hente maskinen via transport i mars, men ingen har dukket opp. Jeg har fulgt alle instruksjoner. Nå ønsker jeg refusjon, ikke bare reparasjon, da dette har pågått i nesten 5 måneder uten løsning.

Jeg anbefaler ikke andre å kjøpe fra GGM Gastro. Jeg er svært misfornøyd med denne opplevelsen, som har kostet meg mye tid, energi og penger.

I gave 1 star only because I cannot give less!!! GGM Gastro is the worst company I’ve dealt with in years.
They are so bad at customer service once you have paid for your products!! They tell you it's in stock and ready for delivery in days, and it ends up being months of waiting and endless calls where nobody is saying or doing anything!! It is appalling how they are dealing with their customers!! Stay away from this company!!! Spend your money somewhere else!!

GGM Gastro is the worst company I’ve dealt with in years. They publish false product specifications on their website, lure you into buying, and then refuse to take any responsibility when you receive something that doesn’t match the description.

I bought based on the specs they listed. When I found out the information was wrong and incomplete, I gave them every chance to make it right: return for a full refund, partial refund, or even store credit. They refused all of it. Instead, their “customer service” blamed me for trusting their own website!

This is misleading advertising and, in my opinion, a fraudulent business practice. They know how to be transparent—they have other products where they clearly list both gross and net specifications—but they deliberately left it out in my case.

If you value your money, time, and sanity, do not buy from GGM Gastro. They sell on wrong product specs, hide critical information, and their customer support is unhelpful, dismissive, and downright insulting.

GgmGastro DON'T BUY!!!!!

I order in September 2025 a 1300€ coffeemaker...after receiving it .....it stop working after 3 weeks...
I call/send emails to costumer service..the send me you tube videos how to repair it by myself..., didn't work..they send more videos after waiting for a response from them for weeks....after 30 e mails and 10 calls..they finally agree to take it back for repair.THAT NEEDS ANOTHER 2 WEEKS. After FURTHER 2 weeks they told me it is repaired and on the way back to me it needs 2-4 business days...that was on the 17 th of December ...now it is the 10th of January and I still don't haven't received the machine:-(((...NEVER AGAIN ..BUYING AT THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

Delayed and no update.

Ordered the package on November 28th and was only told after I had paid that the product wasn’t in stock. It has now been three weeks with no update, very disappointing as I was hoping to order a fun Christmas gift. Would not recommend using GGM Gastro, or Shop.
