Good product and delivered on time.
This is a good product and delivered on time. It is a very soft, beautifully woven woollen scarf with the Edinburgh tartan. It is excellent value from Scottish wool.

Happy Customer
I recently bought a University of Edinburgh hoody for my husband’s birthday gift. On realising I purchased the wrong size, I contacted the store and they were super helpful in supporting me arranging the safe return of the original hoody and purchasing of the correct size. The hoody is lovely with wording in tartan and my husband is super happy with the quality and proud to wear it as a Scottish alumna of the university.

Want more Women-Fitted Attire options.
I have always excellent customer service with the Gift Shop. My biggest issue is the dearth of specific women-fitted clothes. Unisex always will fit a man's body but not always work on a woman's body. You may be looking to limit your inventories but that is not good merchandising.

Quality Products and Amazing delivery
Quality Products and amazing delivery. My daughter was interested and thinking about attending the University. In as much as some of the items that would have liked to purchased were sold out, still found items to purchase. Ordered to be shipped to the U.S. for a gift for Christmas. Shipping prices were reasonable, ordering to filling and sending the parcel was quick, and communication of the entire process was fluid and exact. Ordered on a Monday received by Friday of the same week. The items ordered were of great quality and workmanship.
