The shipping was wonderful, I was astonished at how fast my items shipped and how fast they got to me!! But I will say that the quality of the items is very poor. The rugby shirts I ordered are very poorly constructed and have threads and all kinds of flaws, they should drastically improve the quality control on these as well as the hats. If I lived in Edinburgh I would be very tempted to return them but I live very far away and it's not worth the shipping cost. Very poor quality items but thank you for the incredible shipping.

My husband and I will be in Edinburgh this October, and plan on visiting your historic University. The cap and pin arrived in a timely manner and are very well-made; the cap having a wide brim to shield me from Virginia's hot summers - can't wait to arrive in Scotland and visit the U of E's historic collections. The deliver was very quick and the product arrived in Canada well packed and undamaged

I ordered two items and was later told that one of the items (a hoodie) was out of stock and that they would send the one in-stock item by itself. I would have preferred to have the option to order another hoodie or other items. This would have been advantageous for Edinburgh too since they would have increased sales. I then had to pay the shipping fee twice.
