Fantastic product and customer service from Wendy.
I got a changing bag for Christmas and loved it so ordered the matching buggy organiser. When I got the delivery notification it has been delivered to my old address as I hadn't updated it on PayPal! All my fault. It was returned to sender and the company very quickly sent a new one the next day. The communication with Wendy was excellent. Thank you

I’m not one to write reviews but I have to share my experience to ensure no one else is in this situation.
We purchase the luxe changing bag and used it twice and the bag has a scuff in the side pocket. I can’t be sure if this was there before we used the bag or not however this was not a cheap bag and when I contacted the company they were not helpful at all and just informed me that there was nothing they could do.
I would understand if we used this bag day in and day out and were reckless however this is not the case. I purchased this bag for space with having two kids I liked the idea that the bag was well organised with compartments. However my other changing bag I used with my oldest son (that came with his pram) is 2 years old and still going strong. The luxe gigil bag is poor quality.

Beautiful product, so soft and well made. Would definitely order again.

Lovely little company that's independent with gorgeous products! They are a little pricier than other places but it's what to expect i you don't want mass-made things from China. I love my Nappy Caddy, really cute!

Really love my Gigil bag, but the magnetic snap broke- leaving the bag useless. Got in touch to ask if a replacement snap could be sent out, but was told because the item had been gifted and I didn’t have proof of purchase they couldn’t help. A real shame.

This item was purchased for my daughter for the forthcoming birth of my grandchildren.

The perfect all round changing bag!

Such a luxury changing bag, worth every penny!, the finish of the bag is gorgeous. Comes with a little matching changing mat, insulated pocket inside of bottles, lots of pockets and pouches inside. Fits in LOADS! I wish I found this bag sooner.

Bag started falling apart with material peeling off within 6 months of use. Very disappointed given the premium price tag I expected it to last years not months. When I contacted customer service they essentially informed me I misused the bag and that it was not covered by the manufacturer warranty.

Very easy to use and navigate where I need to be. Excellent quality product.

Recently bought a backpack however it wasn’t as expected and I needed to return. I found the vegan leather quite cheap feeling unfortunately. Email response from the team was very quick and helpful and made returning the item very easy. I had already paid £5 for delivery and also had to pay for the return which was a little disappointing considering the price of the bag.

I can’t praise this company enough

Unfortunately, the larger bag didn’t look anywhere near as good as it did online. The changing mat is also not great and the bag itself not as big/easy to get into as my other nappy bag. The little blue one however, looks lovely and is just what I was after. Also, you have to pay for your own refunds which for an online company is cheeky.

I would highly recommend Gigil, the customer service from Wendy was outstanding!
My bag developed a fault (this is my second bag and not a common thing, this was just unfortunate) and she very quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent and for me to send the faulty bag back, free of charge.
The bags are so lovely and I have recommended them to my friends.

I had an issue with my original order. All I can say is the customer service is absolutely outstanding and the issue was resolved extremely quickly. I cannot recommend them enough and their products are absolutely fantastic, just what I was looking for. Extremely spacious with plenty room to carry all your babies essentials whilst out and about.
