What is there not to like

Buongiorno, sono cliente di Giordano vini da svariati anni ma dopo quest'ultimo ordine credo proprio che non ne effettuerò altri. Sono in attesa di una spedizione da giorni senza che possa avere notizie né dal sito che non funziona da mesi né via telefono perché le risposte sono sempre molto evasive. Sono stato costretto ad effettuare il mio ultimo ordine via telefono perché non funziona il sito e non funziona nemmeno il link che mi hanno inviato via mail per due volte. Avevo apprezzato nel tempo la comodità di avere la consegna del vino scelto direttamente a casa,la tempestività nelle consegne nonché l'efficienza dell'azienda. Tutto ciò, non si verifica più da tempo e pertanto ho deciso di acquistare il mio vino altrove.

Arrived quickly, no issues.

As usual great wines at great value. I do amonthly top up. I note that every time I log on I am offerref £5 if a new customer. Maybe an occasional loyalty bonus would be nice!!

The white wine is typical Italian wine. Really fresh and clean.

We have ordered many boxes of wine from you over the years.
It is easy to place an order on line. Confirmation of order is given quickly.
We are kept advised of delivery etc.

Current batch of 15 bottles arrived quite quickly. Lots of wines we have previously had and enjoyed. However opening a bottle of Dicasso Rosso last week, not from this current set, I was horrified when it exploded and shot wine all over our kitchen as if it were a shaken up bottle of champagne! I have another bottle of the same which I intend to open in the garden. I dread to think of the problems we would have had if we'd had visitors in the dining room. I have written to Giordano and enclosed photos of the bottle and labels and am awaiting their response. In many years of buying wine from this firm I have never had a problem so I am hoping this is a one off.

Still testing, enjoying the present case of wine and looking forward to trying alternatives.
