Do NOT attempt to use this company! We pre-booked online Friday night for an airport transfer for 6am Saturday morning. We received a thank you confirmation and response email. By 6:15 our concierge was finally able to reach someone by phone (very hard to get past automated voicemail) and was told no cabs were on the way, and there were none available, and that our booking was for 7am. We can provide the confirmation email if required (it clearly shows 06:00)

Absolute joke of a company ran by nothing but drug dealing money laundering gangsters that couldn't careless about customer safety or being ripped off by their drivers no help from people in office either ran by cowboys

I spoke with the worst mannered man.  He spoke to me as if I was stupid.  Telling me you dont understand what Im saying and Im not getting through to you.  He literally cut me off saying he was getting a manager.  
He was not listening to me I was unaware that adding my card in was a 2nd booking but why was £5.80 plus £5.00 taken out of my account when a cancellation would have been one amount.
Because of is aggressive way of speaking to me and his bad manners it took his Manager to then say that some banks are taking out two payments and that I need contact them.
I lost both parents at the end of last year and this was my first afternoon out. He had no idea of my circumstances and when dealing with customers this is something he would be well advised to be aware of. His manner sums up his intelligence level

This company boasts about being Glasgows largest fleet of Private Hire Cars, yet again the automated service tells you " you car is estimated 2 mins away"! Well 45 mins later still no sign and customer care agent is about as much use as a chocolate teapot! " You are first to go in that area", also told the lady standing beside me the same thing. Really? Both first in the queue !

Absolutely awful. Charged £5.00 cancellation fee after I had waited for over 20 min with the 'app' showing the driver was 4 min away. When I contacted the company the agent said 'it always shows 4 min, we've been trying to get it fixed for months'. Terrible service, Seek an alternative.

Absolute disgrace. Used the app to pre book a taxi, booking accepted and money transferred out of my account. Taxi didn't show up so I phoned them, they told me that the app that I had used is out out date, the transaction would get refunded to me.

Why is the app still live? Why did it allow me to book? Why did it confirm the transaction with my bank?

I asked this to the phone operator (who was entirely unhelp and unsympathetic) who repeated that an email had been sent to "all app users". Didn't offer an apology whatsoever.

Will never use this shambles company again. Do not use.

Pre booked a taxi hours in advance (early evening for late evening) and it never showed. When I phoned to check no cab was dispatched and none likely to be dispatched unless a driver happened to be in the area. What a total waste of time.

I ordered a taxi through the app today 2/9/22 at 15.01 from my local Aldi where for years you have to get the taxi on the rooftop customer car park. After waiting 30 mins I received a phone call from whom I assumed was the driver but I couldn’t hear him so I contacted him through the app. I told him I was on the rooftop and he said he wasn’t told to go to the rooftop. I explained that as far as I was aware that it was only Hackney taxis that were allowed to pick up directly outside the store and because I didn’t put rooftop where all the otherGlasgocab customers were all getting their taxis no problem without having to state the rooftop he refused to come to the rooftop to get me. I wasn’t rude and I was with my special needs daughter and had 4 heavy bags so I really needed the taxi to get home. I phoned and eventually got to speak to someone who was very nice and told me she would get a car out to me asap. After waiting another 10mins I decided to go and get a Hackney. I have used Glasgocabs a couple of times since they took over all the 3’s and I haven’t been impressed with the time you have to wait. Thinking this is just teething problems but this today was unbelievable. I was actually cheaper getting a Hackney too and the driver was so helpful. Only 1 driver in all the time I was waiting on my taxi helped the ladies he was collecting with their shopping. I actually helped 1 lady with hers because the driver just sat in his car. I know they are not obligated to help with shopping but it is nice to be nice. I think if I am ever in need of a taxi again it would be the Hackney cabs I phoned. It’s such a shame because most of the drivers will be lovely but Glasgocabs are not in the same league as Southside cars.

I booked this firm last week for me and my 7 year old daughter we were at the Coldplay concert .We came out early 10.45 to get my pre booked taxi .I rang and spoke to a person who said they had cancelled it and were not sending another .I was then stranded with my 7 year old girl.I had to push my way to the front of the bus queue to get on a bus I was so upset my daughter was in a terrible state nobody helped us … finally pushed my way onto a bus that dropped us off in centre …Got to town centre at 1.40 in the morning walking streets of Glasgow .Was so frightened for me and my daughter safety .Was so upset will never go again to this disorganised city DO NOTUSE this taxi firm totally unreliable!!! 😖

Shocking company. App barely works, almost always charged more than the estimated and got a £5 'cancellation charge' twice for two cabs that never showed up. Disgrace.

Utter trash company. Waited over an hour to get a taxi to work. Called them and got rude, overly defensive staff who couldn't do anything to help me. Without a doubt the worst Taxi firm Glasgow has ever had.

Rudest taxi driver ever!

I didn’t book a taxi but the verbal abuse I’ve just had off one of your drivers was disgusting. The driver approached a give-way junction and instead of going the way he should’ve, he decided he was going to make a 3 point turn in the middle of a busy road with oncoming traffic. I was sitting at the lights, where is should’ve been sat and because I was blocking this driver from doing a ridiculous/ impossible turn on a busy road, he rolled his window down and started shouted very nasty things to me and giving me hand gestures, when I wasn’t even doing anything wrong, where was I supposed to sit?

I wish I wasn’t in the car myself, that way someone could’ve took note of his registration plate because I would’ve 100% be reporting him to the company.

I’m a young girl and this really upset me that someone could be so nasty. I really hope no passengers were in the back of the taxi as this looks very bad on your company.

Am shocked and abhorred with the attitude and lack of compassion shown by the taxi driver who picked me and 3 of my family in Stepps this early morning. One of the family had just lost her mum. Obviously events took a turn for the worse in terms of too much drink and the driver requested that we pay him ( is this extortion?) £100 - however the resulting mess to the car was external not internal. Driver also - and more importantly showed no compassion as the family member had just lost her mum. All he was interested in was making money that night - which I understand of course, however he could at least have been more compassionate. Am absolutely disgusted by this persons attitude. Vile.

Took money from my niece for a journey already paid for online at New Year, then took money for a booking which had been cancelled due to taking too long to get a driver to accept.

When calling up about this got atrocious "service" form one of their advisors who then, upon asking for his name, said "right I'm gonna hing up on you now"

£18 for a taxi from city centre to parkhead when it normally costs be £10 . Driver was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Worst taxi company ever.

I’d rate it 0 if it would let me - I’ve only used these taxis twice, but the first time I used them I paid via the app at the time of booking just because it was convenient and it’s an actual option so I didn’t see the problem, the driver told me he was lucky he came to get me as most drivers would wait round the corner and say I never showed up and keep the money(fyi incase anyones ever paid by the app and no one has came for them) as they don’t get the money for 11 days, he ended up being really nice and told me next time pay by card in the actual taxi as the drivers get the money faster, but I used glasgo cabs today for the second time and I clicked pay in cab(the logo on the app for this option is a bank card!) and I was about a mile away from where I was going and the driver asked me if I had cash, this was after him stopping for fuel, swearing at busy traffic and bin lorries and just making me feel generally quite uncomfortable, I told him I didn’t but I can pay by card and he said most taxis don’t even have card machines in them which is a load of bs, so I asked him to take me to a bank machine and he said no and that I had to get out - I had a fiver on me so I gave him that the fare was only 7.60 by this point but he was shouting and swearing at me, I don’t get why he had to be so fkn nasty or inform me before he even started driving! Literally never using this taxi service ever again I walked 5 miles home instead of getting one back.

App told the driver I was somewhere else, which I will take responsibility for not double checking, however in my defence it was the same name (Taco Bell) just the wrong location and surely the app should be f#%^> aware

Driver called me and told me he’d make his way to me, then after waiting 5 minutes for him, I got a text telling me the driver couldn’t contact me or I cancelled (neither were true)

The driver had decided to cancel the 6 mile journey because it was easier for him to grab a customer nearby than it was to come get me, after telling me he was on his way

Not great service. Pre booked 1 week in advance as I was going to a wedding. On the day, 20 minute after pre booked time I called as no taxi allocated, to be told the pre booking does not guarantee driver and they will allocate driver when available as close to booking as possible. (So what’s the point in pre booking). The driver who eventually turned up, I cannot fault, his name was Ismail, he was polite, friendly and chatty. I had a return taxi pre booked and this was cancelled on me. I had missed a couple of calls from the taxi firm and tried the return then but they were not accepting calls from the area I was in so I was left in an are unknown to me with no taxi booking and no way of contacting the firm. I had to make alternate arrangements to get home 20 miles. Won’t use pre booking again as it pointless
