I’ve been with Gleam for over a year…
I’ve been with Gleam for over a year now with a weekly session and would highly recommend the service.
Prices are reasonable and the service team are really friendly and helpful. My cleaner Rose is amazing and if she’s ever not been able to make it for whatever reason I’ve been offered a replacement and the experience has been seamless.
Some of the other reviewers on here expecting their cleaners to be able to changes times and dates on a whim shows a lack of respect for those cleaners who will have other jobs at different times. Expecting cleaners to move times and dates on the whim of a client shows a total unawareness of cleaners having various clients and not just them. Sorry guys but the world does not revolve around you.

Our cleaner was great
Our cleaner was great! But unfortunately I found the system for contacting Gleam to amend the time of future appointments clunky and difficult. I hoped it would be a more flexible service, but if you want a cleaner exactly the same time every fortnight, then this is a good service.

Outstanding service from Gleam

There are a number of Gleam cleaner services you may find useful in future including the ability to make one off or recurring bookings, as well as Specialist Moving (Tenancy) and SOS (Last Minute) Cleaning. We have also recently launched two new fantastic offerings; 'Gleam Express', for those who rent out on AirBnB etc and need regular tidying/cleans for next guests as well as 'Gleam for Business', specialising in small business settings such as offices, show rooms, galleries and retail outlets.

Had a brilliant experience with Gleam…
Had a brilliant experience with Gleam from start to finish. The booking process was easy, communication was quick, and the team arrived right on time. Oluwaseyi did an excellent job, really thorough and professional, and the place was left spotless. It’s great to find a cleaning service that’s reliable and takes pride in their work. I’d definitely recommend Gleam to anyone looking for a proper deep clean!
