Worth the money!…
So happy I signed up for Global Entry Alerts! Appointments in my area were booked out for a few months and this service helped me secure an appointment within a few days of signing up by sending timely messages of cancelled appointments.

Did not get value
I actually used entry on arrival so the alerts didn't help me but when I got alerts and logged in to accept an interview, there was no way to actually sign up for them at my chosen location. The price was definitely not worth it for me.

Painless and affordable process

Easy and very helpful
Notices were timely. Quick and easy to get into the scheduling portal. Without the alerts, my customs interview would have been at least one or two months later. The app allows you to take advantage of cancelations to get an earlier appointment.
