Service must be improved
Ordered groceries to my address but delivered to packet shop. And when tried to contact support and explained my situation why I can't pickup from packet shop, there was no reply back nor any response from support till date.

Your Delivery Partner DPD threw parcels…
Your Delivery Partner DPD threw parcels infront of my eyes. Refused to bring parcel to the door step, Literally unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour by delivery person. You should change your delivery partner. I would never shop online if DPD is going to deliver parcels. Even last time when I ordered from your website, DPD kept heavy box of parcel outside my building and didn't even care to ring my bell and inform me that parcel has been delivered. We order grocery online because we think it will be convinient. But delivery guys make it poor and unsatisfactory experience. We don't expect delivery guy throwing the parcels which has our food. They even deny delivering it to door step in a building with lift.

Thank you for your feedback and we are really sad to hear this has happened.
DPD should handle with care and we will definitly pass your experience towards them.
We also see in summer holiday, due to holiday employees and shortage of employees, that this happenes slightly more often.
Unfortunately we have the same experience with DHL. But if you have better experiences with them, you can always leave a note in your order and then we ship your parcel with them.
Outside Netherlands (as there we use POSTNL) there is some difficulties in finding a good logistic partner.
Please reconsider to put this feedback towards DPD as you give now us, as the grocery business, the 1 star review which is actually meant for DPD.
