Thank you for your awareness.
We have heard about this problem and we are constantly checking if our batch is good and if it doesn't go beyond european standards.
Due to export packing, which already has high standards on the quality, all is good and we are open and allowed to sell this as per the european law.
As soon as there is any doubt for the batches we receive we will definitely stop sales immediately.

We had a look at our backend system how the communication went.
You requested about your order and you received a reply that your parel is on it's way to you. We asked you if there is anything else we could help you with but you did not response on that.
We also called you today to ask if we have missed anything in our communication but you responded that you have the right to write anything you want, which is true.
However it would be easier if communication comes from 2 sides as we can assist you then in the most helpful way. We are always here to help you.
