We are sorry to hear that you find our prices high. We see that our prices are mostly better then our competitors but ofcourse you can shop where prices are best for you according to the items you buy.
The minimum ordervalue for free delivery (29,-) is lowest in the region. We do supply to germany, belgium and the costs of the shipments raise really often.
If we could, we definitly would, but the shipping prices ar just too high for that.
We still hope you stay a regular customer with us as we are really happy we may serve you.

We found a certain way to deliver some orders to Germany but that can only start after summer. (due to holidays and temperature)
Austria will definitly need longer time before we find a solution for that.
We are sorry we can not supply you these at the moment.

All products have a minimum of one year before their expiration date. The service is excellent, and the customer care is outstanding. Although I live in Germany, I prefer to order from GlobalHub.
