To lose a child, no matter their age, has to be the worst thing to happen to any parent. My situation was difficult but with the help of Tom and Rachel I finally had the ashes of my son delivered from England to Ireland and will be eternally grateful to them for all that they did. Highly recommend this company.

I lost my dad in April 2023 in the UK. The service and support I and the family received was top quality. I also found out it was very good quality for money. I can only highly recommend this Company as they carter to the Nigerian market and understand sensitivities around sending a loved one back home. The funeral in Italy was lovely and a celebration of Elena’s life with family and friends getting together. The coffin was beautiful and really looked stunning in the church in Positano. In November 2023, my mother passed away, and my frd(Isi) contacted Global Funeral Repatriation based on positive online reviews. Within a few days, all paperwork was prepared, and a driver traveled to Scotland to bring my mom from the Royal Infirmary. She spent nearly three months in their care, receiving attentive and respectful treatment, including meticulous makeup and pedicure services. The peace of mind I felt knowing my mom was well taken care of was immense. Their warm reception, prompt responses via both calls and emails, and convenient payment method are appreciated.

My mother arrived in Nigeria with British Airways on January 30, 2024, and was received by Omega Funeral Home in Lagos. Effective communication from the airline officer and Omega Funeral was maintained before her arrival. I highly recommend Global Funeral Repatriation to everyone; they are not only affordable but ensure your loved one is cared for with utmost respect. Global Funeral Repatriation made such a difficult, distressing time so much easier.
They were so helpful and compassionate from my first telephone enquiry through to repatriating our much loved member of staff, back to the Philippines.

Whilst looking for companies to repatriate my dad’s body within an incredibly limited time frame, I came across Global repatriation.

Jen and Tom were absolutely magnificent throughout. Not only were their prices the best that I came across by far (I searched about 5 competitors!), but their level of expertise, knowledge and detail regarding paperwork and turn around times were exceptional.

There was a funeral service prior to repatriation, followed by a ceremony and a burial once his body arrived in Nigeria.

The driver Matt and the pallbearers were very professional and respectful for the service in London.

Jen and Tom were so flexible and understanding, going above and beyond to ensure that things went smoothly.

On the Nigeria side of things, they liaised with a local mortuary to collect the body and organise a hearse.

I cannot rate this company highly enough I made a call to them yesterday afternoon after being let down by our funeral directors, today they collected my sister’s body from Cornwall and repatriated her to Crewe within 24 hours they were empathetic and highly professional. I dealt with Jen and Rachael and Matt was the driver who messaged me with updates on the journey.
The service is outstanding and I can’t thank them enough!

Tom was extremely helpful and always available to discuss matters. He arranged for my mother to be repatriated from Verona, Italy back to the UK and everything was organised without any additional stress to the family, during such a difficult time.
