NOTHING BUT AGONY WITH GLOCK STORE!!! FIRST I ORDER CUSTOM RED PINS, AND PARTS KIT. A WEEK LATER AFTER EMAILING THEM, I CALL AND HOLD FOR 40MIN. SO THEY TELL ME THEY NEED TO CERKOTE THE PINS, AND IT WILL BE 14 DAYS TILL THEYRE READY. I CALL BAXK IN 2 WEEKS, AND THEY DON'T HAVE ALL THE PARTS, THEY OFFER A PARTIAL REFUND, NOT FULL AMOUNTVOF THE PART. WHATEVER. THEY WND UP RIPPING ME OFF FOR A MAG RELEASE. NOW FLASHFORWARD TO SEP. 9th And I'm DESPERATE FOR A TRIGGER HOUSING, ORDERED IT WITHPUT REMEMBERING THE HASSLE. I EVEN PAID 10 FOR 3 DAY SHIPPING. NOW I DONT KNOW WHEN TO EVEN EXPECT IT!!! 🤷‍♂️ BAD COMPANY, RECOMEND ROCK YOUR GLOCK, AND KILLER INNOVATIONS.

Stay away... go elsewhere trust me

This company is doing so much wrong I don't even know where to start. They show everything being in stock on their website, but trust me that is not the case. You will end up getting an email a week after you place your order letting you know items on backorder for months. Then you try to call and trust me you will never reach someone. I tried like 7-8 times, after waiting on hold for 20 minutes it just hangs up. I was able to get my order corrected through email but they don't actually reply all they do is handle the request but it takes 5-8 days. With gun sales being through the roof right now HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!! How hard is it?? Fix your issues Glockstore, it's not like you don't have money coming in!!

No update on order status. Will not return emails. Phone support doesn’t work. Filed a dispute with my credit card.

Update: Credit card refunded my money. Glock Store still has never responded or explained.

Order just 2 glock 19 mags August 21st 2020, Sept 1 already the status of my order still pending shipping. Called them no one answers just annoying pa reloop, called my card company to cancel them. Lousy company and logistics, stay away from this store.

Very Disappointing Company I started…

Very Disappointing Company I started following Lenny CEO video's and decided to purchase all my needs from them even though they are in CA and I am in EAST Coast - I thought a stable good company - Besides the Lenny Videos which is worth watching / Store is run poorly - I have been waiting for parts over a month / they do not respond to emails / they do not respond to phone calls - I was even charged for item and have not received it - I have many vendors here in the east coast so this was my bad in thinking they were reputable supplier based on the above they are not - They lost a customer here

It took nearly 2 months to send out an extractor kit for my pistol. Then when I had recieved the package I was eagerly waiting for, I open it to find a different generation of extractor (that will NOT work with my firearm). I contacted them and they agreed to send me a shipping label to return the item for a refund because they do not offer the product I needed (that is displayed on their website!) Then the next day I receive an email saying my return case was denied and no shipping label would be sent to me. Do NOT do business with these crooks!

Buyer Beware

I understood the fulfillment wait time, that is clearly stated up front. Also the instruction videos are quite good. But I then got a faulty product (Glock 43 extended slide release), Customer Service (Joe) was contacted (after more wait time), but a replacement was denied, because of this, that, and the other reason. I had nothing to lose at that point, so took 2 needle nose pliers to reshape the "nothing wrong with it" part. It took more time, trial and error, and comparing to the original, but it now works as it was intended. The end where the finger pushes up was pinching the gun body so the slide was not easily moved (I splayed it out,) and the whole end was bent inward slightly as well, causing multiple friction points along the length of it inside the gun. I don't think having to DIY the fit of gun parts is what they advertise - did I miss that somewhere? So much for the 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee, since it was delivered yesterday. All I wanted was a replacement. Was that too much to ask? Review on GS website missing, so there is that as well - can't have any low ratings I guess. Given that story, you decide if it is worth the risk to do business with them. I know I'll be looking elsewhere.

Crooks

Crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HUSSLE.
Tried cancelling my order, they said already shipped, even though no tracking number. Said to refuse the delivery. No problem, but the mailman just left it in the box. No signature required. How are you supposed to refuse the delivery? Wait all day for the mailman? Anyway, called to return the item, and they want to charge for return shipping and also very high charge for the initial shipping. Not to talk about that couple of times i waited 30 min during their business hours, so they can hang up on me.

Guys, no need to "screw" customers like that.

Untrustworthy at best.

I won't be doing business with this company again.
Company charged my card then immediately sent me a email saying all my items are out of stock with no guess as to when it'll ship yet a week later they are still on the sight labeled as in stock and I have yet to receive any reply from the company after 3 emails.
Scandalous practices and poor communication have cost them a customer for life.

Awful place

Placed a order on March 26 and waited 10 days and received no email or shipping info.. I called them and was on hold for 30 min to find out the part I wanted was on back order with no clue to when it would be back.. The place is awful with terrible communication and customer service.. Will never order again

I was building a glock 21 and it took…

I was building a glock 21 and it took some time to get all the parts together. I ordered the barrel one 7/11/19 and it has taken me until 9/9/19 to get it all put together and try it out. When I tried to load a round the barrel would not go into battery. I took the firearm to my local gun smith and he said that the head space was wrong by about .002 inches. I called the glock store to see what wanted to do about it. They Were absolutely no help and could not care, "It is out side the 30 days for return or replace". All I wanted was for them to ream it out. I will be shopping else where.

NOPE! BIG NOPE!

I would suggest that if your company is going to offer the option to have different shipping and billing addresses, you not make the customer jump through hoops to use it. I am away from home on an extended business trip. I decided to upgrade some items on my pistol. I ordered from the Glock Store for the first time. I received emails from a "NO REPLY" email address about my credit card being declined. When I called, I was informed if I wanted to receive my parts I would have to send a photo of my ID and the card used to make the purchase. Nope, not in a million years. If Amazon can't provide protection for my personal information, why would I think your company can? I am not sending the exact information required to fraudulently bilk me of my hard earned money. Nope, I will get my parts elsewhere. I will advise anyone who asks to do the same.

Worst customer service in the firearms industry.

This was my second order from Glockstore, the first there was no issue. My second order was a nightmare. After, my package was mis-delivered, I called Glockstore to inform them. And, they were absolutely no help. Of course, I followed up with FedEx and called many times to have them track down the missing package that was delivered to a neighbor down the street. This was a error by fedex. However, the service I received from Glockstore was terrible. A customer service manager was so rude and accused me of being less than honest about the mis-delivered package. I was a repeat customer and they treated me like crap. I was told to file a police report, that there was nothing that could be done. And here's the kicker that I interrupted a lunch break with one of my calls. I did finally receive my package and received night sights for the wrong model pistol. I am beyond frustrated. If an order error occurs, from fulfillment to delivery they will say its your fault. Do business with reputable companies like Brownells, MidwayUSA and Cheaper than dirt. STAY AWAY FROM GLOCKSTORE.

Mange fede dele.

En helt okay butik på nettet, men deres måde at kommunikere på til hinanden kunne være meget bedre. Taler (i mit forløb) hele tiden forbi hinanden (lager og administration), således at nogle vare bliver afsendt, og andre ikke bliver. Trækker også beløb på kontoen (3 gange), så man sidder herhjemme i lille Danmark og tænker pokkers også, var det sådan én butik :-)
Men når alt kommer til alt, så passer den aftalte pris med de vare som jeg havde bestilt, med det som er blevet trukket fra kontoen.
Så derfor får den 4 stjerner, fordi de har så meget som man ikke kan købe her hjemme i lille Danmark.
