5 visits, high costs and finally poor advice to carry out unnecessary fix
First diagnosis of dishwasher noise was heat pump, engineer fitted the wrong pump at circa £280 (2nd engineer confirmed wrong one). 3rd visit fitted the right pump (at nil additional cost) but noise still there, same engineer thought maybe wash pump. 4th visit engineer took heat pump out and put it back in and said that this fixed the problem. Next wash error code, water leak. 5th visit engineer says “seal had slipped off” then oooh actually you need a new seal, quoted £170+. Said I would look at replacing dishwasher. Looked up seals, max £30 online. Their quote for a similar model to buy and install (no removal) at least £80 more expensive than large retailers that include removal with connection for less. Told them to leave it and close case. The seal is still holding weeks later.

Glotech was Overall not a great…
Glotech was Overall not a great experience after a string of poor communication and not being contacted regarding a late engineer and having to chase call backs about parts for a repair. Having experienced a late and very rushed engineer on the first visit. A second engineer was then was sent out to attempt to rectify the problem (Jake) was he was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I also have to say that Lucy in the office was also very helpful and polite. It’s just a shame I didn’t get that from all staff I dealt with. I Wouldn’t choose glotech again for a repair. But the two staff mentioned above deserve a positive 5 star review.

Telephoned prior to arrival which was great
Andrew and jake 2 very nice genuine guys. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
Both very knowledgable a knew the problem straight away. Fixed the problem then checked to make sure no leaks. Very though. No parts required
