Would NOT recommend
Would NOT recommend. I needed my dishwasher fixing - engineer came out and told me I needed £350 of new parts - he fitted them and exact same issue remained. Second engineer came out and confirmed, parts were not needed and dishwasher not worth fixing. Absolute rip off merchants!

I had a fault with my gas oven
I had a fault with my gas oven. Glotech came there engineer Nick in the time slot agreed.He was very polite and knowledgeable and repaired my oven quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend both this company and engineer for any repairs in the Brought/Hull area.

Andrew was an excellent engineer, he called ahead of arrival, was on time, very knowledgeable and informative, and very polite and helpful.
He solved the problem with professionalism and explained the situation with clarity and confidence.
It was a pleasure to have someone in your home that could communicate well, and provide a 5 star service to ensure that the situation was resolved, and without any delay or inconvenience.

The engineer was very efficient and helpful. The repair was done quickly and the machine has worked perfectly since. I was given a 6 month warranty on the repair. I have used Glotech before and would certainly use them again.

What a rip off company
What a rip off company
Only needed a washing machine door seal, which took over 3months 5 visits, cancelled engineers, turn up with no part, then turned up with wrong part then blames me for the machine not working
They broke the front panel and now saying its not there problem and because it's been discontinued and
can't be replaced, Andrew said there's nothing they can do but thank you for giving us your money although we made the situation worse.
I will be seeing them in Court
BE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.......
