Not the best experience but fast coms…
I ordered a bit of glass for my fireplace, send a template photo i sketched out, wasn't good enough, back and forth with email, then made a template on paper and sent 1st class to them, that wasn't good enough they then asked me to send a cardboard template in the post, well at this point I'm 8 days in and out of pocket, so i cancelled and got a refund in 2 days,
I think things should not be this hard to order,
Maybe more warnings about what they actually require before you pay

Cracking service
I managed to crack the glass in my camping stove, which I was about to take on a trip. Glowing Embers came to the rescue. All I did was input the glass dimensions, and hit send. Glass arrived the following day, well packaged, and a perfect fit. Thanks guys

Wrong part sent - poor customer service
Wrong part sent - spent an hour on the phone waiting to be connected still not been able to speak to anyone. Sent 2 emails as directed by automated message ( to avoid waiting too long on the phone) and still no contact 3 days later. So currently wrong part, no correction and they have my money…..
