Misleading and lies
In December the website said Gofibre was coming soon in my area. In January I got a phonecall saying sign up was close and at the beginning of February I got sent my quote, signed up for my plan(no payment details yet) and got told within 12 weeks I'd have an installation date. 16 weeks later. I get an email saying they cannot provide my address anymore and sorry for the inconvenience.
I've been paying out of contract prices with my current provider due to Gofibre being here within 12 weeks. Can't believe anything they say. Not sure how my street can't get it and the surrounding streets can

Customer service is abysmal! Once you have signed up, no-one wants to know. You get promises that they will pay expenses incurred in changing over......Yeah Right!!! Fell for that one.

I have hade GoFibre for some monthe now…
I have hade GoFibre for some months now for a start I was told they will pay for my bye out from my last provider never happend I had to pay my last provider and they will after proof of payment pay me in small amounts that is like throwing a bucket of water down the path to clean it and then putting the bucket under a dripping tap and wating for it to fill up It is not as fast it keeps droping out or not working at all you may think your computer is at fault as the curser just sits there I hade my IT consultant to check out the computer and all is well it is the board band that is at fault Slow and droping out not constant If you are cocidering Go Fibre think again

Reliability and after sale service are excellent
I have been a customer of GoFibre since June last year and the customer service was excellent. I recently upgraded my package, the customer support team were easy to get a hold of through their phone, my call was answered within minutes and spoke to Cheryl who did everything for me, my upgrade was completed the same day. The staff are always so polite and knowledgable. I would highly recommend GoFibre Broadband for their service and reliability and after sale service.

Would definitely recommend
The process of switching to GoFibre was clear and straightforward - from providing the best options (and prices) to suit our needs, maintaining excellent communication on what/when from contract, through to survey and installation. The two installers were friendly, professional and efficient - and respectful of the property. If you are thinking of changing your provider, then I would absolutely recommend considering GoFibre.

Had my new GoFibre Max with balanced…
Had my new GoFibre Max with balanced speeds fitted about 4days now the fitting was great the engineer was friendly and explained things very well, speeds have been great yet to get the full gigabyte but been getting between 850-950mbps but them speeds after being stuck on mobile data for past 3months is like night and day

GoFibre, great customer service
I have been a customer of GoFibre for several years now and I can't complain. The customer service is top notch. If I have an issue, the customer support team have been easy to get a hold of through their phone line and were quick to get things sorted for me. One time my fibre cable was cut, after speaking to their support team they were able to get an engineer out the next day to put in a temporary fix and the whole line was replaced a week or so later. The staff are always so polite and nice :)
