The service is excellent, installation was on time, the engineer was excellent and helpful and cleaned any mess quickly which was just a bit dust. Highly recommend this company.

Communication prior to installation was great and very personal knowing names of the people who I was talking to and able to ask questions. Although living in a small village the engineer had to adapt resources he was charming and brilliant with installation which was painless and least intrusive on the house. Speed is good. not had billing yet

Switching from my provider to GoFibre…
Switching from my provider to GoFibre was seamless they handled everything from the first contact to the installation which happened about a week later and took about 30 minutes. GoFibre kept me informed along the way with installation to billing and it’s all working as it should.

GoFibre gives a very professional, polite and efficient service.
Having booked an appropriate date and time of day for getting me connected to Go Fibre I was kept well informed as to the status of the technician on the day. He phoned me to check all was ok for his arrival and then texted me telling me he was on the way.
The technician was polite, respected the property, friendly and very professional and kept me informed as to what he’d be doing. The small amount of dust from drilling was cleared up immediately!
Upon completion of the work he ‘hooked’ me up to the WiFi on 3 different devices (I am so not technical!)
What an asset to Go Fibre this young man is - fantastic !
