Too early to tell as I am still waiting…

Too early to tell as I am still waiting for my claim outcome. Frankly I booked for luggage delay, damage or loss. I have the email communication I had with you that my main purpose was to have insurance for luggage. And that is where I got caught out in the fine print.

My overseas trip was cancelled

My overseas trip was cancelled on day of departure, I emailed the next day asking to pause the policy till I rebooked. Unable to. Had to cancel, still waiting for refund

We can see that you contacted our team after your scheduled departure date, and your request was reviewed with our underwriting team based on the information provided. Following this review, your policy was cancelled and a refund was processed.

Refunds are handled via your payment provider and can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Travel Insurance for Europe

Clear policy description of what was covered. I had to claim for a small overseas doctors visit which was paid although the review process took a few weeks but now problems. I would use again.

Go Travel Insurance

The travel agent offered this insurance package as an option for me to consider.
The application process was quick and easy to complete. The medical assessment online was very straightforward. I was given time to read the terms of the insurance policy and to askany questions. I was comfortable with what was proposed and signed the same day.

There were no travel or health issues that required any action while I was travelling so I did not have any other contact with your company.

Very hard to deal with

Very hard to deal with . Had to do it online and it was unsuccessful. Recommended by the travel agent , will not use again .
