He provided an itinerary within 24 hours He put together a presentation that outlined everything I asked for with pictures of each hotel and a daily events schedule. We worked with Tommy to schedule tours and accommodations in both Venice and Rome. He had a package put together amazingly quick, and made any changes we requested within one day.
