After 3 weeks and multiple chase ups with no response I finally got a reply to say they couldn’t get the item I ordered and I was to be refunded. Even though it can’t be stocked yet the item was still available to buy on the website after this email. I’ve got no issue if there was problems getting my item but surely after a week this was known to be an issue and just a courtesy email to say there would be a delay or there were some problems getting this would have been nice instead of silence. If I hadn’t have chased this up multiple times I’m not sure when I would’ve been told about the lack of availability

we liked the name of the wine exactly what we wanted for an 80th birthday for a Guy called ANGUS
It was delivered in time for his birthday and the prices was good

Everything went wrong from the start. They use an age verification third party company. Two weeks later still no product after being verified and giving my reference. Goldenacre take no responsibility for any of this and leave you dangling. No help and won’t be using anytime soon again.

Never recieved order my husband had to visit shop and they didn’t have item in stock managed to get other items from them to same value but would have got nothing if we hadn’t . Don’t use this online retailer

Excellent service

Ordered Pallini Limoncello which was marked as available on the website. Received multiple emails about the order including that it would be dispatched. Then an email out of the blue without any explanation saying that I was being refunded which they did do. Why was it marks as available and why no communication as to why it was being refunded?

Courteous, efficient & prompt response & delivery

My order was cancelled without any communication from this company. It was only when I called them to see where my order was they told me the order had been cancelled.

Fast delivery, exactly what I ordered and packaging was great so that the cans didn't explode in transit

I really liked the range and variety of products on offer, and also how easy it was to navigate the website.
However, I understood that delivery in Edinburgh would be the same day, but it took 6 days and it wasn't complete. The last bits arrived 4 days later. Good thing I was not in a rush.

They had the wine I was looking for and at a very decent price. Delivery wasn't too shabby either. Would definitely use this company again and recommend them to family and friends.

Ordered on the 5th May. Wrote to them on 14th asking when my order would be delivered, they cancelled my order and money refunded because they couldn't find a transport company cheap enough to deliver.

Waste of time ordering if they don't have transport costs covered in their pricing.

Great communication throughout, fast delivery and really well packaged.
