My experience has been amazing! Alex was always helpful and understanding of several changes and requests! I can’t wait to see the beautiful countryside and enjoy a wonderful vacation. I truly recommend! The best thing was I was always speaking to the same person. That was great! Thank you so much Alex!

Although we did not book through GoRailTravel this year our experience with Joe was excellent - prompt, responsive, polite and knowledgeable.
We definitely want to try the rail travel and will probably think about that for next year.

I just booked a rail trip in Scotland for September 2027. Adam has been fantastic to help me get the information I needed, develop a wonderful trip with just the right amount of exploration each day, and assure me that each step was completed accurately and in a timely manner. He is attentive, friendly, informed, and communicates regularly with reminders as needed. I look forward to the rail trip ahead!

Joe took the time to make a 11 minute video explaining and detailing the itinerary on the tour that he set up for me, which was the icing on the cake that sold me the package. But the deal isn't done yet. I don't understand these companies who want top billing halfway through the sale. When the sale is over on September 28th I will do an update on my experience with go rail travel.

I have just booked my first trip with GoRail and so far I've been very impressed. I've been dealing with Alex and she has been fantastic. Alex responds promptly to my inquiries, she answers my questions and volunteers information before I think to ask. In reviewing the custom itinerary, I had some questions, and asked for modifications which were promptly handled.
I am hoping my actual trip goes as smoothly as the planning process as been

Sean has been amazing and helpful in setting up our trip to Scotland in 2027! Very knowledgeable and available and personable. He’s eased the pressure of committing to this trip next year! Would ask for him again and again!

I would give Sean 10 Stars if I could. He has been so helpful and has made this process so much easier than I ever thought it would be! Mom is going to have an amazing 75th birthday girls trip with 4 generations going to Ireland!!

Tristan has been very polite helpful and friendly to work with. He has helped me plan a trip that includes the activities I am interested in. Sean listened to my request and set up a trip that covers exactly what I asked for, a bit a culture, a bit of history and plenty of site seeing. The process was smooth, easy and an absolute pleasure.

I just want to say that my experience with Gorailtravel has been excellent to date. Peter has been excellent answering all my questions and so many options . We are a multigenerational group - 3 generations and working all those details has been challenging. We are really looking forward to this trip

Quickly provided a detailed plan for our trip in Scotland for all sights we noted plus others. After an iteration he sent back a revised plan which we agreed on. We were able to discuss our plan on the phone 3x and they were very prompt to call us at the agreed to time.

We saw that Alex was a very sincere, efficient and pleasant individual ready to work with us to fit the trip to match our schedule. Excellent work! We will definitely recommend to our friends!

Adam has been awesome in helping us plan our trip to Scotland. He’s been very receptive to our wishes, maintains clear communication, and prompt in responding to us despite the time difference. Plus there’s the awesome Scottish accent. I recommend him highly.

I have had the best time with Joe planning our dream trip to Ireland! He has been so helpful and a joy to talk to. Such a great personality! He has made us feel so secure in choosing Gorailtravel and the itinerary he set up for us couldn't be more perfect! Just knowing he will be there along the way up to and during our trip is such a comfort. I have a strong feeling we will be returning to Joe to help us with many more vacations throughout the years. We just completed our trip of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland by Rail. Sean did a great job working with us on the itinerary. AND when a couple of issues came up during the trip, he was extremely responsive and they were resolved promptly.

Working with Sean has been delightful. He was receptive to our ideas, provided timely revisions, and selected lovely lodging. He picked up quickly on the kind of travel (a bit off the beaten path) we hope to experience. We three are looking forward to this once in a lifetime travel trip in Ireland, thanks to Sean's planning expertise and superb customer service. We chose gorailtravel after researching many travel companies, Irish and international. There was no comparison to their attention to detail and pleasant, patient demeanor.

We’ve only begun our journey with booking. However, Joe has been amazing. We provided info on our interests and abilities and he set us up with what looks like an amazing trip. He also ensured our booking didn’t get forgotten on our end with regular, helpful check-ins. My ADHD brain really appreciated the assist!

This is our first time working with Gorailtravel and Joe to create our itinerary for Switzerland this fall/winter. We chose Gorailtravel as our provider after comparing their reviews to similar providers and couldn't be happier. Our dates were flexible so we made multiple adjustments to the original itinerary and Joe was a great advisor to us on timing, hotel choices etc and got the new itineraries to us quickly. Now that we are confirmed we can't wait for our trip to begin with the continued support from Joe!
