I ordered tickets (930 Euros) for Roland Garros for the finale on June 9th.
We have never got them and the sent an email promising to refund in the next 30 days.
Today more than 2 months after, they are not answering after several calls an emails.
It's a lot of money
I consider it as a fraud.

SCAM!!! I ordered tickets for today’s Roland Garros finale months ago and received an email this morning that they didn’t get the tickets. I booked accommodation and paid for travel expenses to come to Paris for this event as a gift for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday. I cannot believe that people do this kind of thing and would like to warn everyone NOT to order through this site! SCAM!

Ho comprato 2 biglietti per il torneo di Montecarlo e dopo aver guidato 6 ore all'ingresso uno dei due biglietti è risultato falso. Pensa se aveste acquistato un volo aereo.
Ho provato a chiedere il rimborso ma sono rimasti molto vaghi e credo sperano che io dimentichi e lasci stare.

Fake football tickets bought from this website and they refuse to refund money paid for tickets. Aftersales service horrible. Emergency line useless. Do not even think to buy tickets from gosportstickets.com if you do not want to get disappointed.

I had a bad experience with this site also. I bought tickets for AC Milan vs Inter, so I planned the trip, bought plane tickets and accomodation. 1 day before the match day they emailed me and told me that their supplier has not provided the delivery details and they will update the info as soon as possible. Ofcourse this did not happened, nor they answered my phone calls.
The next day, 6 hours before the match start, they emailed me again and informed me that my order has been canceled. Plain and simple, no other explanations.

So I would not recommend using this site. Be careful!

Mimo opłacenia biletów nigdy ich nie otrzymałam. Twierdzą, że opłata nie została dokonana. Pojechałam z mężem na El Classico w dn 02.04 i meczu nie obejrzeliśmy.

I bought tickets from gosportstickets for the Juventus v Sassuolo game on the 11th of March. I had some reservations about buying the tickets after reading some reviews on here, however I had submitted my number already and a very helpful guy phoned and talked me into purchasing them. I am glad I did, the E Tickets worked perfectly, I would recommend this company to anyone. I was nervous about getting into the stadium but the tickets were genuine. Five stars from me!

Terrible service!!! Bought 3 tickets for Juventus v Bayern champions league tie at a high cost for a Christmas present. Contacted company on numerous times to confirm delivery etc. Was assured there was no issue on each occasion. Booked flights from Ireland to Turin and accommodation for the game. Have been a Juventus fan for over 20 years but have only been able to afford one trip previously. Contacted company again to confirm delivery in days running up to game, no problem. Then less than 24hrs before the game after travelling from Ireland to Turin received an email saying they would no longer be able to provide tickets. No real apology. At this stage all tickets were sold out on other sites no way of getting to the game. Awful experience after a lot of travel planning and saving.

When I tried to call the company the next day to talk about why this had happened. They would not pick up my number which had been shared with them when buying the tickets. I tried to call over 10 times on my phone they kept hanging up. Then tried once on a different number they answered straight away. What a coincidence. When I tried to talk to them about why this had happened they were extremely rude and unhelpful. How any company can treat there customers so poorly I will never know.

Just a disgrace of a company. I'm not sure if I will ever get my money back after reading some the of issues other users have had using this site. I would advise anyone even considering using this service to reconsider.

Had reservations about using this site as had never used them before, however had no problems communicating via e mail or with live online chat. Tickets for the game arrived as promised and entry to the ground was straightforward.

Decent seats which arrived via digital download 5 days before the event. The price seemed about right

the price was higher than the original one !

Great ticket-website and good email support for question/information about delivery's.

We ordered 2 tickets for the foorball match FC Barcelona - AS Roma.
Communication about the delivery of the tickets was good.
A "little" late (monday 22.00 h. for the match on wednesday) so we had to print the e-tickets in our hotel in Barcelona. But no further problems.

I paid over 280€ for two tickets which turned out to have a face value of 90€. I bought the tickets for the Real Madrid v Getefe match at the Barnabau. The stadium was only 3/4 full, if that, and I was able to buy two tickets on the day for 35€ each. Now I don't mind a business making a profit but this is taking the mick.
