We have been working with Tenzo for many years and it is increasingly at the centre of our reporting week to week. It talks to all our various systems (labour, stock and even reviews) and brings them together in a concise clear way to help us make the most of the information.

Very Pleased With Our Decision
I signed our 15-site food-led pub company up with Tenzo I guess 5 years ago. At the time, I believe that we were in there first 10 or so customers and given that I am anything but an early adopter, that tells you how impressed I was initially with the team there.
Implementation was seamless and required virtually no involvement our end and since then Tenzo has become an embedded, trusted and wholly relied upon element of our c.£18m turnover business. It turns the raft of operational data that we generate throughout our 24/7 operation and into insightful, accessible information that is effortlessly tailored to suit the differing needs of chef, site GM or exec team.
The team at Tenzo manage to blend the undoubted intellect required to deliver the system with their personal experience and knowledge of the hospitality sector. This means that their customer service regarding both support and development is as responsive, professional, and relaxed as you could hope to receive, much akin to service in the very best of front of house environments.
So yeah, I think that you can safely say that I am delighted with my slightly out of character, early adopter decision that I made regarding Tenzo.

The whole experience with Tenzo is fantastic. It’s such an effortless and easy process. The result is that we have all the info at our finger tips, we can act fast and with purpose to solve store opportunities. I can’t imagine running my bussines without Tenzo

Epic software!
Epic software! - has been a huge help to our business. Summarises data succinctly, massively speeds up our business decisions, and highlights lost margin throughout our business.
The beauty of it is that is makes things simple for staff who are less confident with financials and provides a huge amount of detail for those who want it.
Couldn't recommend more.

Incredible piece of software which provides valuable insights in a very easily-digestible way. The analysis of the social reviews is especially helpful to be able to react to customer feedback immediately. Would highly recommend to anyone in the restaurant/pub industry.
