Top tip: If access to your property is limited, make sure you tell them during the order process.

I didn't do this on the first order and the truck dropped off the materials at the top of the driveway (they are BIG trucks)

On the next order I mentioned this, they then used a local pallet delivery company instead of their own trucks, and they were able to get their electric pallet truck down my driveway with my materials order.

Brilliantly delivered

The next day delivery turned out to take about three weeks and had to be chased. When chased I was told the order did not get despatched for some reason so they would now send it next day and refund the postage cost. After that it still took several days to arrive and I had to chase for the postage refund three times. Other than this, the product is fine and thanks for stocking it.

Easy experience with web order
Used the GPH website to order some pegging out posts for a garden projects and collected from my local GPH site a day or so later. All straightforward and convenient.

I received no tracking email for my order and had to call three times and email in order to get an update (over a week later). When I finally got a reply, GPH had cancelled my order due to lack of suitable stock. If we had been contacted promptly when the order was made, we would have had time to source from an alternative supplier and wouldn't have wasted time chasing GPH for information.

Very well priced and always delivered within a couple of days - there's no way I'm fitting 4.8m lengths in to the car!

In the branches they are pretty helpful too, even for DIYers.
