Ho prenotato un servizio EXECUTIVE dall’aeroporto di Cracovia che si è rivelato inadeguato e truffaldino. Probabilmente con la complicità dell’autista hanno indotto i miei genitori anziani a salire su un altro taxi e li hanno costretti a pagare in contanti la seconda corsa. Oltre alla truffa direi che è un servizio totalmente INUTILE per cui si paga un sovrapprezzo ingiustificato. Non fanno niente che non possiate fare voi uscendo agli arrivi e prendendo un taxi qualunque!!! Anche Booking mi ha tratta in inganno perché mi ha chiesto in fase di prenotazione cosa scrivere sul cartello con cui l’autista si sarebbe fatto trovare in aeroporto per riconoscerlo. Tutto ciò non è avvenuto! Abbiamo pagato 50€ una corsa che a stento ne vale 15€, pessimi loro e pessimo Booking.com !!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company will miss sell you everything, it is NOT a private tour as explained, it is NOT private transfers, they WILL make you stand in a queue in minus temperatures for 3.5 hours as this is NOT a prebook service. They are not allowed to buy group tickets, you will be handed money to pay for the the tickets on the door, if you make it that far, there NO guarantee of entry as explained when your in the queue at which point there is no return. They change your pick up time to 5am 10hours beforehand meaning you can’t book with anyone else and leave you standing in the queue alone whilst the driver sits in his nice warm car. Tour is with 50+ other people and is cheaper on the website for you to book yourself. The driver will just disrespect you the entire time and will just ignore you as well, you will SHARE the transfer with other people and depending on the location of where you are staying, will determine how early he will be picking you up, it could be even earlier than 5am. DO NOT FALL FOR THE CLEVER WORDING OF THIS COMPANY!
Company has extremely poor customer service, are fraudulent and have refused to refund any of the cost of the £300 we paid for this complete scam!

This company is a scam. They mis-advertise trips to Auschwitz with a selection of pick up times but they know they can’t meet those times as they don’t have any tickets. They’ll then contact you to say you have to be picked up at 5:00AM. When you can’t make that time they keep your money. The reason they want to pick you up so early is so they can get you to Auschwitz and let you queue up for your own tickets. You can get them yourself on line for free and choose your own time. Don’t book with these fraudsters.

Absolutely horrible experience. I had used this company once before via booking.com, so I figured I'd be safe to use them again. I booked a return trip on their website directly.

On the day of my arrival, nobody was there to greet me. I had to call and ask where somebody was, and was informed it was due to a system error that I was not collected.

When I finally did get picked up, the driver told me I had to pay 50 zloty more due to my address not being in range of what I'd paid for. This would've been fine if not for the fact I had already paid the same amount of money to a previous address 5 mins away from my current address. I told the driver if there was a fee for each journey, I would like to pay for my travel in advance, so this should have been 100 zloty in total for my trip to my accommodation and back to the airport. Somehow, the driver told me I then had to pay 190 zloty total!?

I paid, hoping that'd be the end of it. He then asked to see my online booking, so I pulled up my return trip booking details. He then apologised profusely and handed me an unknown amount of cash in a mix of zloty and euro.

Upon getting into my accommodation, I received a text from my driver that read "I only calculated the airport surcharge. You will pay the driver back". I was utterly stunned. I felt like I was accused of scamming or stealing from my driver. Miscalculating a trip is absolutely not the customers fault!

When my mum rang them to sort it out, the first man to answer was incredibly helpful, but on ringing back, the woman's attitude was awful, claiming my mum had the wrong company, and that she asked my driver and he claimed he never gave me any cash! I have photographic proof that he did!

I was thankful that the day before I had to leave, a representative called me to tell me that my pickup address was not on the system even though I emailed with my accommodation address prior to my trip. We worked it out luckily and I was picked up by my driver the next morning when scheduled. When I told him what had happened with my last driver, he was just as stunned as I was! Only when I returned from Poland did the company acknowledge there was an error in the entire handling of my booking, but I was offered no apology, nor my money back.

I do not recommend gr8way! This entire experience was absolutely and totally unnecessary!

Transfer from Krakow hotel to airport was easy to book. Our driver, Michal T, contacted us in advance to check pick up details and times. Fantastic service and very friendly driver. Highly recommend.

Gr8way.pl Tur operatør på Tripadvisor i Krakow, der snyder kunderne, de opkræver penge for turer som de ikke gennemfører.... når man kræver svar, hvorfor turen ikke blev gennemført, siger de at de desværre havde lidt problemer med systemet, men de opkræver alligevel fuld betaling for ture der ikke bliver kørt.... mit bedste råd HOLD JER LANGT VÆK
