Had paper before beautiful quality excellent

Easy to navigate website. Pleasant phone operator when I had a query. It would be nice if you sold fabric separately so I could match a chair to my blind

I love the wallpaper - amazing designs and really great quality - very well behaved wallpaper which, when you are up a step ladder, is no small consideration!! I have a gorgeous paper in the dining room and it always makes me smile.

Ordered a mural the choice was wonderful and instructions on measurements really helpful. Really love the cropping tool.

Arrived with DPD disappointed with packaging considering this was high priced wallpaper £95 (x3) per roll. Paper allowed to ‘rattle’ around in box and noted a tiny indentation on one of the roll ends but should be fine. The package was delivered partially open as tape not fully secured to box. On a positive easy ordering system online. Roll Calculator to help with rolls needed. Quality paper. Fast delivery. Haven’t applied the paper yet as awaiting decorator but looking forward to seeing a full wall.

Lots of great choices on the website. The wallpaper is then shown with matching paints which makes choosing easier.

Have used Graham & Brown paint in my current home (1946) and it is the most sublime colour ever.

Initially, my order with G+B was a disaster. A month after sending in measurements and full payment, I reached out to find out why my mural had still not arrived. What followed was a week of emails with customer service, asking me to evaluate their service (which still had yielded no information!). Finally, AnnaMaria Cabrera replied and explained that the company had "updated their system," and, bad news, my order had never even been seen. (So they never would have reached out to me, I guess!) I had to redo everything, which was incredibly frustrating! And more delay! At any rate, this review is to say that AnnaMaria took an angry customer (me) and turned the situation around. She spent an hour on the phone with me and suggested a new crop, which I think will greatly improve my result. She was a terrific resource and bent over backwards to make things right. She also followed up to triple check everything and make sure that this time, the order got processed and fulfilled. G+B, this woman is a find. Promote her!

1. You have blamed a switch over of systems from July (3weeks before my order) for my order being discarded.

2. You have sent me a code to order again with free samples offer, yet every single colour I select says insufficient stock.

So I come to the conclusion that you don’t want custom?

Very confused and completely disappointed in a supposedly high end product (as that is how it is priced). I will go elsewhere.

Annamaria went above and beyond to help me with my order .
Multiple phone calls and emails from her wanting to make sure I did not place my order until she was assured it would work in my room.
Samples are gorgeous and can’t wait to receive this beautiful mural and wallpaper .
Haven’t had any other Wallpaper companies ask to call me before making purchase.
Great customer service means a lot to me !

Great choice of beautiful designs. Always good quality paper and paint.

I ordered and paid for wallpaper and paint samples but unfortunately one of the wallpaper and one of the paint samples was missing. I received an email saying that they would rectify this with a code to use as I had already paid for said samples. The code unfortunately does not work have tried getting in touch but to no avail.

I wanted to Order the 3 free wallpaper samples on offer with email sign up. It seemed impossible to be able to do this so I wrote to G&B. Have now got 2 I wanted coming but the other was out of stock. Hope one of these is good so I can get the order in for my downstairs loo. Can’t comment on quality as not yet received
