Extremely short response from customer…
Extremely short response from customer service when asking about our trade account's sales tax. Makes me hesitate on ordering in the future if there are any real issues or backorders with their product. The company seems automated rather than staffed by people.

Flowery Delight
I bought a wall mural for 2 areas. First of all I bought a sample, what I received was a selection of the design in different paper finishes, excellent. They also give matching paint colours wirh the design, I bought one of those. Wasn't sure when I went to put it on but found shaking rather than stirring the tin was optimal and the paint was great, such a good match. The ordering process was easy with helpful measuring guides. There is a guide on the top of the paper too which is useful.
I used a generic paste and pasted the wall, it went up beautifully. There was also spare at the top and aide of the design incase of customer measuring errors.
This is only the second time I have wallpapered and I did it on my own on 9ft high walls, the paper quality was a godsend. It isn't the cheapest but 100% worth the expense for a superb product and finish.
