Having been with grand uk before and enjoyed it. Thought we would go again. Once again not disappointed. Had a great experience going to different places. Being told about the areas we were going to. It was again excellent. Brilliant driver and tour guide. They also make a holiday. Very friendly, helpful, such a brilliant team we had many a laugh and singsong and everyone joined in. Marcus and Wendy go above and beyond their duty. Cannot find words to express how excellent they were.

Llandudno was wonderful the White Heather hotel was perfect room, food and staff were all great.We really enjoyed our holiday with Grand UK the journey was good lots of stops along the way the trips out were good and Angie our tour guide was lovely as was our lovely driver Josh. Not forgetting our lovely driver Maria who drove us from our home town to Northampton and home again .It was a great holiday and I would highly recommend GrandUK.

We had an excellent driver and tour manager. The hotel could be lovely if they had more staff. The tours were lovely and we had blue skies from morning until night which helped make it most enjoyable. We had a sea view bedroom. The only unfortunate thing was that we had a massive water leak from the room about whilst we were out but we were given another sea view room and they would have helped us move and told us if we had any damage they would replace it or dry anything that had got wet. This was on our last afternoon. Over all a very enjoyable holiday

Coach taxi transfers excellent

I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday to Wales. It was my first coach holiday and I was apprehensive as I'm in my seventies. However, Robin, our guide and Phill, the driver, were a class act, funny, knowledgeable and attentive, and I relaxed in the friendly atmosphere. I met some great people and haven't laughed so much for ages. Each day was packed with tours which were well planned. The evening entertainment was brilliant and I did something I haven't done for years ... I danced ... sort of! I'm looking forward to my next holiday in December.

Tour manager explained everything very well. The coach driver was excellent. This all helped to make the holiday very good. Hotel was very good clean and nice food.

It was a really great holiday! We really liked the hotel and the excursions were just right. We loved Portmeirion, had a super boat ride on the Menai Straits and a relaxing Canal ride. We were able to see how beautiful North Wales is too-not having to worry about doing the driving.
Food in the Hotel was very good and so was the entertainment in the evenings.
Our Driver was excellent and our Tour Manager worked hard and was always pleasant and approachable.
Can't wait to book next year's holiday!

This is our first coach trip with Grand U.K. and it won’t be the last. All pick ups and transfers were on time and well managed. The drivers and tour manager were courteous and knowledgable. We stayed at the Beaufort Park hotel in Mold, the rooms were very good, the staff were extremely efficient clearing tables quickly and with a smile. The food was well presented, tasty and plentiful. We enjoyed the trips out that were improved with excellent weather. We’ve had a fabulous 5 days and can’t wait to book our next trip.

Organisation

I had a very enjoyable 5 days holidays on recent “Good Companions Tour” staying in Holiday Inn in Newport. There was excellent programme of the excursions. Hotel was very comfortable. Tour guide Ann was very professional and friendly. Big thank to Tony, our driver for careful driving and being always helpful with luggage. Coach was very comfortable. We had no delays at the interchange at Beaconsfield. Great trip with Grand UK.

Terrible admin. Booked a holiday to Scotland despite unhelpful booking clerk but when we came to pay balance the person my husband spoke to was rude. We didn’t pay the balance. Lost our deposit rather than give the company our business.

Coach brilliant and comfortable but no hot drinks offered Gordon the driver was good and always felt safe, Angie the courier always pleasant and helpful. Other than old and needing some loving care everything else good. Staff lovely and helpful and chefs creations excellent.

I had a lovely time. Sharon and Dave were excellent. The hotel was very good and I made a number of new friends.

A thoroughly enjoyable holiday - A very good guide, an extremely competent driver, good food, interesting places to visit -what's not to like?

Lovely holiday in Weston-super-Mare. The included excursions on trains in Somerset and Worcestershire were superb and very well organised. Good choice of food and drink at the New Ocean Hotel, the staff were friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for you. We loved the Bingo every night with £100 top prize and the other entertainment was excellent. Our coach driver, Kyle, and tour guide, Jackie, were spot on, careful driving and Jackie was most knowledgeable and patient. Always good value for money on a Grand UK coach tour.
