ordered the canvas print and paid for delivery just to receive delivery to a matalan without asking. When you charging nearly a tenner for that, you should at least ask your clients if thats ok to do... Ver más

Professional and customer focused business

I came across grangeprint advertised online. I ordered a 10x10 print of a memorable moment. This was a present for my partner who is a key worker for the NHS, we are currently living apart due to the global pandemic we are facing and I wanted to brighten up her day with a nice reminder of times before lockdown.(it actually made her cry)
I would like to thank Jemma and her team for making that happen and the great promptness and caring of each reply I have received from then, keeping me updated on the order status and helping with the quality of the print which is awesome, so I’ve been told.
I will be recommending grangeprint to family and friends.

Great prints and great service

I have ordered from GrangePrint.com a couple of times and been impressed by the products and service.

On the most recent order with them, one print was slightly damaged whilst in transit. I contacted them so they could raise the issue with their courier, to which I got a reply from Jemma. She was very apologetic and arranged for a reprint of the damaged item without hesitation. Luckily, however, because the damage was nothing major, once the print was hung up, it was not visible and the reprint wasn’t necessary.

I can’t fault the service or the items, and I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Absolutely made up with the final product. And given what's going on right now, these guys pushed on. Quality is spot on, and any queries I had, they handled brilliantly. Will defo be using Grange print again. Made myself and the recipient of the gift very very happy! Thank you😁

I hate to leave bad reviews..however..

Had conversations with a lady called Jemma who was helpful in getting my purchase to me within days which I’m thankful for! This communication with Jemma made things positive from then on. She was prompt with replays and polite.

I hate to do this as I never usually review, however i ordered my print on 10th March and still haven’t received it, there was an image issue which I was emailed about on 13th of march and I responded to and this was acknowledged which was fine but that was the last time I’ve heard from the company until I emailed them asking where my order was. I understand the situation at the moment puts a strain on everything due to reduced personnel, however the country did not go into lockdown until 13 days after I ordered my canvas so I’d have hoped it would be close to completion day this point, still causing slight delay but not nearly a month after ordering and still not here. All other review replies I’ve read include that they working in first ordered process so it’s now leading me to wonder how far behind they are if I ordered a month ago before all this pandemic. However as stated I do understand NOW at THIS point that there are reasonable reasons due to COVID-19 and safety of people’s lives - I just would have appreciated an email to explain it’s still not completed and an estimated arrival date or dispatch date - after all I have still paid money for this and for a service. It Was also a gift for my mother in law that i will still give her however it resulted in me having to buy something else to be able to give her until this arrives. Unfortunately I won’t be using this company again nor will I be recommending them.

Great present

Bought a print on special offer from Groupon, never having done anything like this before I was worried.
I wanted a present for my daughter and her fiancé’s 30 birthday. Some of the photos I uploaded were not of great quality and having paid extra definitely helped. Needn’t have worried as Ashton kept in touch with me throughout the process. Answered all my queries and sent the final print for my approval before processing. I am very happy with the canvas and will definitely be using them again.

Great value canvas

Very happy to recommend Grangeprint having used them for a few years now. I always order when there is a deal on and accept that delivery will take a bit longer (which is fair enough...people paying full price should rightly get priority over those like me paying a discounted amount). When I ordered the last canvas the order confirmation said it would take up to 10 working days...but I received it in around five days which was excellent and am very pleased with it. Thank you very much.

Fantastic Quality

You get what you pay for

You get what you pay for. These prints (if you go via groupon) are relatively cheap but because of that, the print quality is not great and 1 out of the 6 that I ordered is not useable at all. Overall not too bad for the price but it may be worth looking elsewhere if you want a better quality.

The quality of your photos is your own responsibility, we can only print what we are sent.
We do print at 1440dpi whereas most other canvas companies print at 720dpi.
Please email us at info@grangeprint.com with images of what you have recived so we can help to ressolve this issue for oyu.

very pleased with my canvases

Excellent service and aftercare; one of the prints was faulty. I contacted them and a prompt reply and solution was given.
I received a new canvas at no extra cost, within the week, which was perfect.
Otherwise, the print and canvas quality was excellent, website/ ordering process was easy. Overall would definitely use them again.

Absolutely Awful don’t use

They have no customer service. I would never use them again. They charge for quick delivery and then email you saying two weeks . Save your money and time NEVER use this rude company they are shocking

We are really disappointed to read your review and we feel this is unfair after communicating via email.
We informed you via email of our timescales that you were also made aware of when placing your order on the Groupon page, on the Groupon voucher, our website checkout, our website terms and conditions and also on your order confirmation. We feel like our processing times are made extremely clear before you place the order.
We would love to get your order out quicker for you but we do have to be fair to other customers who placed their orders prior to yours.
As discussed via email we don't charge for quicker processing time which is the same for all delivery options (10 working days 14 in busy periods e.g Valentine's day)
The different delivery options available are for once the order has been processed and dispatched.
We have invested time into chasing your order we hope this is dispatched as soon as possible for you but this order was only placed 3 working days ago and as previously stated we do need to be fair to all customers.

Amazing service

Fantastic customer service

Ordered a canvas from Groupon but unfortunately had trouble uploading the required pictures. Got full refund and Grange print have been amazing and sent me an acrylic block today free of charge. I love it thank you so much. Highly recommend this company A++++
