I have used Grangeprint on a number of times and have always experienced a very helpful and considerate approach from the staff, a gentleman named Ashton has exceeded my expectations and has demonstrated his commitment to ensuring quality of service and he has sent me different proofs prior printing and I must say I have been very happy with the results, I write poems for friends that have lost loved ones and Ashton has aided me in representing remarkable canvases that mean so much to the families I have wrote these poems for. Ordered some Polaroid fridge magnets…

Ordered some Polaroid fridge magnets 90% of them had been printed and cut really well. However, 10% were cut off centre or were cut completely different to the others. Thankfully they were fairly easy to cut and I managed to fix them myself! So overall I am pleased with my order from grangeprint.

OMG dreams actually do come true

Good evening can I just start and say thank you very much for the quality of the Canvases I’ve received :) they are second to non , and even from a very poor quality picture you have produced a life time memory for me with the only picture I have of my belated farther and daughter , the canvas is breath taking from a poor image you would have never guessed that it was a poor image because you Guys have done amazing Piece for me that I will Treasure for ever, I’ve had this picture before put onto canvas a few years ago With a different company and the quality was very bad ,they did tell me this at the start but I proceeded, to be disappointed , but you guys have lite our home up and this has pride of place , I got this on an amazing GROUPON deal , and I’m so glad I decided not to swipe past this deal , I would pay the price of this canvas again in the future , it’s totally worth it , being a Single mom of 4 , We have A holiday fund that we save all though the year for our holiday , but we are going to save a jar Just for our new canvas A picture of all of us , so thanks again for a quality picture , and great costumer services throughout

If I could put 0 I would

If I could put 0 I would. This company is a scam. Bought a canvas to be claimed on Grangeprint. It has been almost 6 months since I bought it, I have uploaded more than 10 different pictures for them to say "its slightly low quality" .

I have PAID another website to download high quality pictures just to get this canvas done. Yet again, MY IMAGE IS LOW QUALITY. COMPANY ITS A SCAM. I have asked to get refund and apparently they don't refund? DON'T NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IF YOU DO BUY THEY WILL ASK FOR QUALITY CONTROL AND THAT IS WHERE THEY SCAM YOU. AS THEY KEEP SAYING LOW QUALITY IMAGE AND THEY ARE NOT PRINTING THE CANVAS AND CAN NOT GIVE A REFUND.

However, we do find your comments really unfair.
We pride ourselves on our quality check service, our designer checks images and if the images are poor quality or in your case slightly low then we let you know.
You are given the opportunity to accept the image request therefore go to print or change the photo. If you change the photo then we will check it again free of charge.
This is purely for your benefit to make sure you are happy with the outcome, it doesn't benefit us from sending these requests as it means a lot of our designers time keeps going in to checking your images.
I have had a look at your image that is currently uploaded and it is slightly grainy in darker areas because it was taken at night. If you're happy to go ahead please click accept and your order will be sent to print straight away.
If you would like to contact our customer service team we can help you with any image quality issues or questions you have - we just want you to be pleased with the final result.

“Unprecedented times” yet GrangePrint endured.

Now here is a very responsible, professional company, who have fought through a very difficult period. Whilst observing all of the necessary distancing advice, they continued production, and kept clients informed frequently throughout the order and fulfilment process with transparent honesty. The care and support given by their studio staff was exemplary, even to the extent of inspecting the quality of my images, and requesting the originals to ensure the quality of the finished canvas - which is superb.

Unfortunately these are unprecedented times that could not have been planned for.
We had to close for a few weeks at the beginning of lockdown and have since returned with a small team. We have deliberately not committed to any dispatch dates as it has been impossible to commit to any specific dates as the law and guidelines continuously change regarding COVID-19.

Since March we have displayed on our main page to expect significant delays and again at the checkout before your order is placed.
We have also sent continuous updates to our customers with orders that are processing with us - please check your junk mail if you have not received any.

Although the majority of our staff members that are able to do so have returned and are working hard, we are ensuring staff that are higher risk or have to use public transport can continue shielding, our concern is that our staff feel safe and comfortable in the work place.
Although already a small business we are operating with less staff now in production, but we have had to reduce numbers to ensure that all staff can keep a distance. This is beyond our control.

Extra hygiene standards have been put in place. We are implementing extra cleaning especially in areas where we have contact with products. This as well as keeping our distance and supplies from locally locked down businesses does also impact processing times.

We are working hard to stay in business, to honour orders and protect jobs whilst adhering to Government ruling. Protecting lives and keeping our staff, customers and community safe has to be our number one priority. Anything else would be unethical.

Lie to customers

Possibly the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
Ordered an item on 5th June expecting delivery around 18th fast forward to 23rd July and I finally receive the item.

They wouldn’t refund or compensate me as they told me on the 3rd July that it had already been printed, when I received it clearly states printed 17th July, so they lie to their customers. Horrendous service avoid at all costs.

Our normal processing time is a maximum of 14 working days,

Excellent quality canvases. Really impressed. There were delays in delivery (hardly surprising with the current climate). When I approached the company they were very quick in replying and managing it before ensuring I was updated every step of the way. I will most definitely be using them again and can highly recommend them to anyone

Still no Canvas

Placed a canvas order on 27 April, almost 3 months ago at the time of writing. Warnings of COVID related delays on their website did not suggest it would be this long and still no sign. Poor communication that seemed automated when responding to my complaint. Shouldn't take customers money when they cannot process orders. Would never use again.

Worst company I've ever dealt with in 40 years

Only gave 1 star as I couldn't give any lower.
Brought 2 canvases through Groupon. Paid money only to find Grangeprint charge you for everything extra to make the canvas half decent. They even charged nearly £3.00 for a fixing kit that I then got from the pound store at two for 50p! Ended up paying more for the canvases than going with a reputable company.
Took order during lockdown and then never kept to their recommendations for time scales on delivery. When you enquire about the delays they gave Corona virus as reason. Quite accepted that they were delayed but they took order in lockdown and then changed their website. Most good companies kept their customers in updated throughout the virus.
Closed down their customer service department so there was no way to speak to them. If you run a half decent company then you need to try to keep the customer happy. Don't sell if you can't put your customers first. You could email them but replies just did not address the issues. Just excuses.
Canvases arrived after two months, only to find that one was damaged, and couriers had delivered to wrong street! It was clear that it had gone out like this as well packaged. Asked for a refund to be told that they wouldn't refund but replace the canvas. Ten days later replacement arrived. It was a different colour to the original, so I now have three poorly printed canvases that are not worth keeping and certainly would not hang on my wall.
Ironic thing is that I got another company to do them three weeks ago as I didn't think I would ever get the Grangeprint ones, and they arrived in ten days and the quality was excellent.
When you complain or look at Grangeprints feedback reviews it is amazing how it is always the customers fault. Take a good look at yourself Grangeprint.

The extras we offer are completely optional and it is up to the customer whether they opt for them or not. Our prices are already extremely low on Groupon for a standard canvas and therefore that means we do have to charge for extras simply because they cost us extra to provide them.

I would like to apologise for any delays you have experienced, unfortunately these are unprecedented times that could not have been planned for.
Since the beginning of UK lockdown we have displayed on our main page to expect significant delays and again at the checkout before your order is placed. We have also sent continuous updates to our customers with orders that are processing with us.
Our customer service team stayed working throughout lockdown from home answering all emails, we have not closed our customer service department at any point during this pandemic.

We cannot comment on how other companies have dealt with the COVID situation, however as a small business we feel we have dealt with it the best we can. We are working extremely hard to stay in business, to honour orders and protect jobs whilst adhering to Government ruling. Protecting lives and keeping our staff, customers and community safe has to be our number one priority. Anything else would be unethical.

Sorry to hear that you had issues with our courier please can you drop us an email - info@grangeprint.com along with your order number so we can raise a complaint with them directly regarding the damage and the wrong street if we haven't already.

Awful awful company zero communication I placed a order for 3 canvases on the 06th June and still waiting I had orders from abroad arrive here faster you shouldn't be taking orders if the wait times are this long disgraceful that I'm nearly coming upto 2 months with no canvases!!!

Total disgrace

Total disgrace. I waited months on my order it finally arrived yesterday with a dent it's dull and a total disgrace. I'm furious and the customer service was a joke. Don't order.
