ordered the canvas print and paid for delivery just to receive delivery to a matalan without asking. When you charging nearly a tenner for that, you should at least ask your clients if thats ok to do... Ver más

Got a deal through Groupon
Got a deal through Groupon, ordered on 7th July 2020 and still not received my order. I’ve emailed twice for an update and got same response. On my order status it just says COVID-19 June update. I understand with coronavirus it’s a hard and I know to expect delays however, if you was so busy and so far behind on orders you’d stop sending promotional emails to order more etc... & also they should keep you updated with you’re order.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Ordered 25th May 2020 for a Father’s Day gift, thought i’d ordered in plenty of time, clearly not!! It’s 5th July and still not here :/ not much communication and like many others an automated email by look of things!! Will not be ordering from here again and if you are thinking of ordering DON’T.

Love grange print iv ordered few canvas during lockdown of my first grandchild an Great grandchild born in March this year, obviously had to wait longer to receive them during this pandemic but they've kept in touch, can't fault this company, can't wait to order more well worth the wait

Unacceptable wait time
I made an order on 2nd June and it’s still not arrived. The website said there may be delays but did not state how bad the situation was. Now 5 weeks in I’ve had no update or a date when it will be dispatched. I understand COVID has made things slower but you should explain exactly how long people need to wait. So far this has ruined 2 Father’s Day gifts and a birthday gift. If you was straight about how bad the situation was I would of ordered else where

Absolutely brilliant service and quality of product. I placed my order 3 days ago and received my Personalised items today. I found your website so easy to use to upload my photo. My daughter will be thrilled to give the photo bottle openers to her university flat mates as a memory of the great times they all had together. Thank you very much.

Annoyed
I’ve chased my canvas twice now and just get a standard response with no real answers of when I’m likely to receive my order. Like many others, this was a Father’s Day gift that now is more likely to be a Christmas present 6 weeks after ordering. A longer delivery was expected but these delays are excessive and not clear on your website, you have to click into the COVID 19 update banner in order to see them and the fact you refuse to provide customers with a likely delivery date is madness. I won’t be using again.

No definite answers or clarification
Still not received my order of course I respected the situation we are in at the moment and I’m not complaining about the delivery time but I am complaining about the lack of clarifying communication. The company has been in contact but only when I have messaged them. When I mean clarifying I mean actually getting some details for definite rather than we have delays.
Now the website said considerable delay but only when I sent a small message basically asking for some sort of correspondence where my order was and I got back that there was skeleton staff and delays again I said I respected that but just wanted someone to say we have your order it’s being done but there is a delay of this amount of time all I ever saw on my account was processing processing processing. So still no order and was then told that only may orders were just being started and was only given this information after my 4th email.
I only suggested that maybe telling people about the severe delays and this would stop a lot of email but again I got back I have to bear in mind there are delays.
I am a previous customer from this company but the lack of definite answers will sway me in the future .

Excellent I am really pleased with both canvasses. They are lovely and the customer service I received was very good. My delivery was longer than usual due to the current crisis with covid 19 but I was kept up to date at all times. Thank you.

My order was unfortunately being processed during lockdown and although it has taken a while to be completed, I have received fantastic customer service and a beautiful product at the end of it. They are still producing top quality items whilst doing all they can to keep their business afloat. I will be ordering from the again and would recommend their services to anyone

Ordered just as lock down happened. They have kept in constant contact letting me know about a large picture I ordered.
I received my picture today of my grandson and WOW it is fabulous. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family

Good quality, poor communication
Placed my order 21st April for 2 canvases. Was aware there might be a bit of a delay due to the current circumstances but wasn't informed of how bad the situation was until I emailed a month after purchase.. The communication was poor and was basically offered a free canvas which they'd rush out as an apology. I declined the free canvas because all I wanted was my original order. I also read the comment further down about orders being a week overdue.. Jemma told me on the 1st June that given the bank holidays my order was 9 days overdue by this point. When it actually arrived it would have been 23 days overdue. The quality is good, I'm happy with how they turned out, I just wish communication would have been better from the start, hence my 3 star review. If you're prepared to wait almost 2 months for your order then I'd recommend. Edited to add that my order didn't get accepted until the 24th April due to quality check
Will use again
Initially annoyed at the delay and the attitude of Jemma, however Paul has been brilliant in his communication and explaining their situation. Lovely prints. Nice quality, well packaged so will use again absolutely.

Canvases ordered where amazing. Excellent quality and looked fabulous.
Ordered was for prints of my children to give grand parents a surprise over lockdown (as they hadn’t seen either children for 3 moths). Took a while to arrive but totally understandable due to the virus. Highly recommended with great customer service. Totally worth the money and wait. Thanks

I had a photograph my wife and I taken…
I had a photograph in Anstruther, Fife, of my wife and I taken whilst on holiday in Scotland a few years ago and Grange Print did an excellent job of reproducing it on canvas for me as a present for my wife's birthday and for her surviving Coronavirus when she had been very very close to death. I can't praise Grange Print highly enough. Great job guys.
