If you are after a Quartz worktop and you are not specific on the brand, then you will not find anyone cheaper than this company. They have a huge variety of makes, but not all. I supplied them with sizes, which were given to me by two kitchen companies (Wren and Howdens). I also supplied them with a look of Granite which I wanted. I got similar quotes from Wren, Howdens, Al-Murad, Worktop Warehouse and two local companies ( Fylde Coast). All said they would match the price, but Granitezone still came in cheaper. In fact, they were up to 40% cheaper than Wren and Howdens. Once I had agreed a price, a date was arranged for measuring. Three days later, I had a phone call to arrange a fitting. At this point, I was told that my supplied measurements were incorrect and that I needed more worktop plus I also didn't tell them about other requirements. The extra cost pushed the price up by 42%. However, once I supplied all correspondence (i did it all over email) the price was reduced. Fitting was arranged and the guys who did the work were excellent. Before they leave, you are asked to sign off on the worktop, which I did. However, later on, the worktop had different light coverage and there was a line in the granite. I reported this to Grantezone but I have never had a response from them. In all, the price was good, the fitting was good but the customer service is average. I would encourage all correspondence to be completed by email too.

Excellent service from start to finish with a special mention to John, Jade and Mark. On time and did exactly what they promised.

Furthermore, a friend bought worktops from another company at the same time and the difference in service is remarkable. Granitezone put my mind at rest regarding the installation and helped fit/support the sink. The other company simply sent through a one page DIY guide without any extra advice.

Fabulous white mirror chip quartz worktops to complete our new kitchen - just the look we'd envisaged! Very competitive price, templated and expertly fitted within a fair timescale. Peter in the office was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and, on the day, Luke and his aide (apologies can't recall the name!) spared no trouble to make certain that everything was fitted and finished as absolutely near perfect as was possible - outstanding!
My only minor gripe could be that the fitting was pushed back a day at the last minute due to a machine breakdown in the factory. Peter was very apologetic and sorted it out (after Jade did leave me hanging for a return call however, which never came...).
Overall, would I use them again?...... Absolutely I would!

I had my kitchen worktops fitted in January. They did not stock the colour I wanted as it had been discontinued by the supplier for quite some time. Much to my delight they managed to obtain the last bit of stock held at the supplier. A fitter came out to measure for the installation, this was done by laser as cut outs had to be done for my sink and hob. I also had window sills and splash backs fitted. Within 10 days my worktops was fitted. I could not believe how beautiful they looked.
This is an amazing service carried out with professionalism and accuracy from start to finish.

Choose this company first. Top class company for service, price, product quality and the skill and attention to detail from the helpful fitters Marc and Luke. You can judge a company best when the unexpected happens or plans have to change and both happened in my installation. The fitters and the company went the extra mile to ensure that no extra costs were incurred ( despite extra work required).

Dealt with John at Granite Zone from start to finish and cannot recommend the company enough. He explained all the options and the process when we first met and his professionalism was carried all the way through from first contact to follow up after they worktops had been installed. The install team contacted us on the day of installation to let me know when they’d arrive. They completed the job to the highest standard and left the kitchen as clean as when they arrived. We got the Beltrami White Stardust quartz worktop with up stands and splash backs....it’s amazing!!

I had already got Granite worktops but needed to change due to an extension. Granite Zone were very competative, professional in every stage of the proceedings and did an excellent job of joining up to the existing worktops. I would definitly use them again. Perfect in every way.

You have made this complaint all about the sample. You should make it crystal clear to customers if they lose a sample you will do nothing to hep them if unsatisfied if that is the case. A tiny sample is easy to lose when moving house. The complaint is about the look of the work top. It is murky, dull and unattractive. I have has quartz work tops in other houses I have lived in so I can compare directly and the quartz you supplied is poor quality and not what I ordered or wanted. To be so dismissive to a customer is very unprofessional and the level of service I have received has been extremely poor.

The sales service was faultless, they were happy to discuss changes throughout the process and I was always kept up to date on the progress.

The fitters were great, really nice lads and the final product was genuinely amazing. I have had some very nice comments already from people who have seen the worktop.

I couldn't recommend them enough. By far the easiest part of having my kitchen refitted.
