Every product I have received from Grant's company has been extremely useful and made me more motivated and productive.

My concerns about Grant Cardone techniques and products quality :

- Prices are insane comparing to :

- the Course are lacking parts on purpose : the most essential course (road to the sale) lacks parts, and during the course, he says, call our office "if there are parts missing", while the customer already paid an insane amount. The purpose is through the phone to upsell again. What a shame to deliver an incomplete product on purpose. I say on purpose because this product has been sitting on his site for years, it's not a lack of notice or time to finding out.

- the psychological abuse during the course is the most vicious problem : it's really a disgrace what "gurus" inflict to people, after a day of following those course I felt so down. I took a moment to reflect about the the tonality and phrases he uses and how he speaks to people to make feel them bad and guilty and obedient... shame on you. Especially that previously, he said on a video on youtube that he doesn't use nlp techniques and manipulative systems... what else to expect from a scientology guy, but it's not only for that scientology side, the whole personal developpement industry is plagued with these manipulative techniques, where gurus take abuse people through subliminal abusive tone and language pattern. The health department and the fbi should look into this (psychological abuse + scam for not delivering the entire product, for example the details of different parts to the road of the sale

- Videos are not only outdated but are lagging which is not only poor quality but upsetting (it's not the internet speed stuff or computer, i tried everywhere, and it's always the same videos and many of them that have those problems). Many of them date from the early 2000, you can see this from his look, much fatter and younger. Lack of update compared to his wealth is really demonstrating his lack of care about the quality of products.

- The financial courses are a joke : it's so superficial, it doesn't even scratch the surface. I'm really shocked..

- In conclusion : manipulation, psychological abuse, bad product quality, lack of update. Shame on you Grant Cardone, do you sleep at night with what you are doing?

Grant Cardone does a good job as a sales trainer and a motivational speaker.

Little sceptical of Cardone Capital but would see that in the coming years.

I truly loved the 1st day of the 10X challenge. He totally changed my way of thinking as far as I really thought that I needed positive people around me, but no.. he totally showed me how I need crazy minded out of the box thinkers who didn't stay in standards.

Love the idea of Just staying focused on the goal. Not the mechanics of getting there. Just the GOAL!!!
