Excellent customer service
Their response was prompt even outside of business hours on a holiday weekend!! And their explanation was more than sufficient to assuage my concerns about continuing my subscription. I have referred your company already and will continue to recommend Gratsi wines.

Gratzi Customer Support was exceptional!!
Gratzi Customer Support was exceptional. The response to my inquiry, and all further communications was prompt and thorough. They also offered me 2 options to resolve my concern, and both were reasonable and offered value. Problem solved all within an hour (max). I couldn't be more pleased. Above and Beyond! Well done, Gratzi Customer Support!!
