Around two half years ago i purchased a second hand Kia Picanto from Kia Bridgend through salesman Mike Green and have just returned to order my new car as I had such a good experience and wasn't disappointed on this occasion either another big thankyou to Mike Green for keeping in touch with me and his help with overseeing my purchased.

What an amazing experience from start to finished with Daniel Thomas in Gravells Bridgend. I recently purchased a Kia Sportage and Daniel’s service was 10/10. I recently became eligible for Motability and was fortunate enough to be able to choose from several different options, including some premium makes.
What made the difference in making my final choice of a Kia Sportage was the Friendliness, Honesty and Communication of Jason at Gravells Narberth.
Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the Motability scheme, he also allowed us a test drive in his own Sportage !
Even though there was a long lead time, Jason kept me informed throughout the process and provided honest updates about when the vehicle would be available.
His recent appointment as General Manager bodes extremely well for the continued success of the dealership.

We popped over to Swansea in September looking to upgrade our Sportage 3 to a Sportage 3 Hybrid, while there talking to Mr Bilal Rass, We had a chance to Test Drive a EV 6 GT line S. It was WOW WOW WOW, we went back and changed our minds. Bilal took us all the way though from start to Driving away today in our New EV 6 GT Line S, we are very very happy. Bilal is an Asset to Gravells of Swansea, No way pushy but a very Helpful Gentleman.

I have just collected my new motability vehicle from Kia Swansea.
Josh Phillips was extremely helpful from the first day we met right up to the moment we drove off the forecourt.
He kept in touch by telephone throught the process and made me aware of timescales for collection.

Dion Robins Gravells Hereford was great in explaining the process of how to use the Kia Niro electric vehicle i purchased from him in Gravells Hereford. Dion spent time explaining the functions of the vehicle. This was brilliant as i have not driven an electric vehicle before. Many thanks Dion you are brilliant! Naheed Sarwar
