Great wine at a very reasonable price. Fast service and very helpful when I suddenly realised the wine was going to the wrong address.

Hi Jim,
Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear that you found the wine you were looking for and appreciated our prompt delivery and user-friendly website.
I’d like to clarify that all our prices listed on the site include VAT. We break it down in the cart specifically for our trade clients to see the VAT component. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly consider how to make this clearer for all our customers.
Thanks again for your support, and we hope to serve you again soon!

Cheers for the five stars, Dan! We love to hear that ordering from us is as smooth as a well-aged Merlot. 🍷
Effortless, easy, and prompt are three of our favourite words here at Great Wines Direct (well, those and "Cabernet Sauvignon!").

Friendly service
Friendly service. The wine I ordered went out of stock before they could update their website, but I was notified as soon as the wine came back in stock and it was delivered within a few days. Really helpful and friendly on email. Thanks!

Hi Hannah,
Thanks for the glowing review! We're blushing over here at Great Wines Direct - and it's not just the rosé talking! 😊
We really appreciate you understanding the occasional hiccup with stock levels. We're always striving to be as up-to-the-minute as possible, but sometimes those bottles fly off the virtual shelves faster than we can say "Pinot Noir"!
Glad to hear our team could turn that frown upside down with a little friendly email magic and speedy delivery. ✨
We're raising a glass (hopefully of that in-stock wine!) to many more happy orders with you!
Cheers,
The Great Wines Direct Team

That's fantastic to hear! Enjoy the wine - cheers! 🍷
Excellent buying experience
Firstly it was an unusual wine - 100% marselan + not so common on our supermarket shelves. . Secondly it was a very good price £9 pb as opposed to £20 for a 50cl carafe in a local restaurant recently. Thirdly the delivery was very rapid and the box was strong and undamaged. Triple whammy.

Thank you so much for your kind review, Roger! We're thrilled to hear you had such a positive experience with us.
We love introducing people to unique wines like the 100% Marselan, especially at a price that doesn't break the bank! It's certainly much more enjoyable to savour a full bottle at home than a pricey carafe out and about.
We pride ourselves on our quick and reliable delivery, so it's great to know that your wine arrived safe and sound.
We hope you enjoy the Marselan - cheers to many more delicious discoveries! 🍷
