It said it was arriving August 18th its…

It said it was arriving August 18th its now the 27th and they said its still NOT EVEN SHIPPED it apparently takes 20 days to build a pc which is stupid we contacted them and not answering not even a update in the last 10 days! This is so frustrating it was going to be my first pc im pissed off.

Why You Should Never Buy from GreenBeast Gaming

GreenBeast Gaming is completely unreliable and unsafe to buy from. I personally spent $2,000 on an order I placed on June 3rd, which was supposed to arrive by June 17th—but I never received anything.

Even after the company cancelled my order, I still haven’t received a refund. I had to submit two separate disputes with my payment provider just to try to get my money back. Despite sending all the required proof, GreenBeast Gaming ignored my requests entirely. Their lack of communication and refusal to refund my payment shows they don’t care about their customers at all.

In short:
• They may cancel your order but never refund you.
• You may have to fight through multiple disputes just to recover your money.
• $2,000 can disappear instantly with no resolution.
• Orders may never arrive even when promised on a specific date.
• Customer support is non-existent.

Do not order from GreenBeast Gaming. The stress, lost money, and frustration are not worth it. Avoid this company entirely.

Zero Communication - Zero Accountability

Our guild crowd funded to get a guild mate a computer. I placed the order on June 6th, 2025, the email indicated delivery date between June 18th-24th. I got an email probably a week later saying the parts were being pulled, then an additional email on June 15th indicating the PC was being built. On July 6th, after getting no further updates I reached out via email - no response, I tried reaching out again via social media and additional emails, still no response. July 17th rolls around and I finally get a tracking number for UPS. A week goes by the tracking still isn't updated. I reach out again, no response. I tried reaching out directly via email, Instagram, the website, everything, I had other people try reaching out, and just got radio silence.

I look on the website on July 31st to see if I got any response via that chat portal and stumble upon an "update" from the company (still no direct contact from them about my order specifically).

The stated on the website, "We sincerely apologize for delayed service. Please rest assured we intend to complete all placed orders, warranty requests, and reply to all chats ASAP. You can request a refund of your Express Shipping, or your order at any time before it's received by UPS/USPS/FedEx. We're currently going through a 2nd location change within a year. Staff is currently unavailable while we're moving production and inventory with as minimal capacity loss as possible. We're looking forward to an exciting new future, and expanded capability that will enable us to provide a high level of service to a much larger customer base. We've Extended out July 4th specials for all orders placed June 27th-August 1st. It is our intention that everyone who experienced a delay will get a machine better than the one they ordered. At this point I had already filed for fraud with my bank, and it's now 8/12/25 and I just got notification that they cancelled my order, but they still not a single time responded to any of my messages.

If they knew they were moving locations they should have been upfront. They've held onto $1300 of money for over 2 months with no valid excuse for the lack of communication. You're a company, you can send a mass email, you can address this issue on social media, you can do SOMETHING to communicate to consumers. Not to mention how they hide in tiny print that they are refurbished, it's not obviously advertised that way. This is a shady company and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Probably a scam company, don't risk it.

It seemed to start off well, although shipping was VERY slow and the target date was missed by a couple weeks, we were excited to get our machine. First red flag was zero paperwork or instructions in the box, just a generic card, no information about components and warranty etc. Started up fine and loaded Windows Home. However, the GPU was defective. Within the 30 day window the PC's GPU continually disappeared on reboot. Have been an advanced user for a long time, did all the troubleshooting of hardware reseating, bios, running driver wipe and reinstall multiple times. Every time the GPU is detected again it works for 2 days and then says no video card detected. Worse it doesn't even fail over to the onboard HDMI port, you have to plug in a USB3 Travel monitor to even see anything. I even upgraded my monitor to make sure the monitor wasn't an issue and got a UPS to ensure there wasn't a power problem. The machine is defective. I requested an address for return - since NO ADDRESS is available on their website. Wrote to the company Thursday 8/7 with my 30 day return window closing 8/12, it is now 8/11 and they haven't answered, so I've found their address here and it is a PO Box in VA - this info is NO WHERE on their website including the contact page or refund policy page. I fully expect that I will have to dispute the payment with my cc company in order to get my refund. Also buyer beware it is "free returns" but you pay the shipping and it will cost you at least $80 to ship USPS priority back to them. They request double boxing and I took photos to ensure when they claim I didn't double box I have the proof for the cc chargeback process. I do not recommend this company. If they are decent about issuing the refund I will revise this review, however I'm not hopeful.

My ram is not working in b2 only in a2, my pc keep rebooting and keeping going into yellow light on cpu and dram. When I remove cmos battery does same thing only if use one ram in the a2 there are both 64 ram I won’t buy this company there are scammers, no response to my email or no form of contact info

Worst experience with any retail company ever.

Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. I can’t tell you how many emails I sent requesting update because my delivery date had passed and there was still no tracking info. I disputed the charge with my bank and FIFTEEN MIN later, they magically sent tracking and responded. I cancelled my dispute. Another week passed and they still hadn’t given the package to UPS. It just sat there in the warehouse. No response to emails. I told them to cancel the whole order.
I ordered a PC with BETTER SPECS from CyberPower for LESS MONEY and it was at my door 2 business days after purchase.
It has been weeks since my order was cancelled and Green Beast Gaming has still not issued a refund to my bank. They are holding $1600 hostage and will not respond to my emails or website messages. Absolutely terrible company. Do NOT give these guys a chance. I saw the replies to other people saying they had website chat issues that were now fixed. THE COMMUNICATION ISSUES ARE NOT FIXED AND THEY WILL INTENTIONALLY IGNORE YOU. AND HOLD YOUR MONEY.

You CANNOT get them to respond/fix their broken product!

Update again, changing to 1 star: Over a month since my first update. Still no working PC! They responded (as usual apologized, made excuses and said it's better now...) They said they would send my new GPU with 2-day or faster shipping. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago!! Nothing since, despite my contacting them several times...

Update, 2 months later: It gets worse! Got my PC, worked great for less than 2 months, and the GPU fails. Under warranty, but despite what their response to my original complaint says, they are not very responsive about resolving. How long would you want to go without being able to use your new multi-thousand dollar PC? Sorry, but next time I buy a PC, I will definitely be trying another company, such as Starforge.

Like others here, no responses to my last 3 emails, including my willingness to pay more for something in stock if it'll get it here faster! They don't want more money, I guess... Their responses on here say they have fixed their communication problems as of May. They have not.
According to Fedex, I should've gotten it yesterday, but they haven't even received the package, let alone started shipping it across the country to me.

doesn't respond to emails after you pay

Placed an order with a quoted ETA that has now passed. Zero response to any of the emails or messages i have sent through their chat feature. Absolutely unacceptable to ignore messages and emails. Should have known it was a scam when they didn't have a phone number.
it has been over a week since my first attempt at communication, so it's not a "customer didn't give us time" issue.
They were super responsive when BEFORE i placed my order though. it's almost like they get your money and run.

Good product but late and no communication.

I ordered a pc from them for my girlfriend and it runs great! The website was super easy for choosing parts and it arrived fairly quick. I ran into 2 issues, one was that it arrived about three days late. Apparently there was some shipping problems that i wish I was alerted on but three days is honestly not a huge deal, its just upseting because i payed $89 for express shipping and it arrived after my girlfriends birthday. The second issue is that there was no communication. They didn't respond to any emails or messages, which made me worried about arrival time and the state of the pc. Overall it's been a decent experience, I got what I wanted and fairly quickly. Bad communication but the fantasticly priced and well made product has more than made up for it.

We're glad to hear that you received a "fantastically priced and well made product" - that is what we work very hard to build and deliver to each customer, ASAP.

We refunded your $89 Express fee within a week of delivery. Anyone who receives their machine after the promised date is eligible for this refund. Please contact us after successful delivery to request it (this is simply to ensure you're satisfied with the product received and didn't cancel before shipping).

Even though we paid $120 for a FedEx Priority Overnight label, it unfortunately didn't include weekend delivery. We noticed this error within minutes of pickup and immediately called them, but even after offering to cover any additional cost to add weekend delivery, FedEx was unable to assist. We sincerely regret that error, and have used it as a learning experience to ensure we double-check that weekend delivery is included for urgent shipments.

Finally, we've now completed our expansion to a new location, which allows us to hire more staff and store more inventory so that we can offer the best service to a customer base that's rapidly expanding every day. We also extended our July 4th free part upgrade offers to all customers from June 27th - August 1st, and paid for faster shipping labels on many non-Express orders, as we do everything we can to make things right.

We wish you and your girlfriend many happy years of gaming together on our machine, and look forward to supporting you further if any questions arise.

Way to long shipping time

Kinda hoping my pc will ship before 2 weeks cause i know pc companies that ship faster than that.im devastated to wait long time for it when my birthday passed:( please ship my order sooner!

PC is great. Communication could use improvement.

i ordered a PC in mid february and got it on march 11th. the estimated delivery date when you order is far from accurate, but i do understand these things can take time. don’t panic if you haven’t gotten it by then, it will eventually come, just likely not when the order confirmation page says it will.

pros:
- the PC works great!
- every part that was advertised is indeed in the case
- the RGB lights have a lot of different settings and it’s easy to change them
- it was a really great deal for the PC itself, and especially so considering i didn’t have to build it. very convenient and at the right price point.

cons:
- the parts on the inside are black, and the ones in the photo were white. mildly disappointing, as the color had been a major factor in my decision to purchase this specific PC, but not so disappointing i don’t want to use it/send it back
- trying to get ahold of them was a nightmare. apparently, they were in the process of redoing their communication system, but there wasn’t any indication that it was happening. i heard back once it was finished, after sending 6 emails over 2 weeks.
- my shipping label was created, and then wasn’t sent out for a week. i’m not sure what happened there, and when i asked what happened i got no answer. but it was shipped out eventually.

editing to add: i did ask about the color but just heard back from them. they gave me some resources and links to find what i needed!

As for parts, the PC shown had the 240MM water cooler upgrade, which was matched white to the case. If you order a white, gray, or pink PC with any cooler except the standard air cooler you ordered, it will be white. Both AMD and Intel standard coolers are black. Also, we now offer 850W, 1000W and 1200W power supplies with white cables, standard. You can also contact us for more specific white motherboards, GPUs, or any other parts.

Placed and order for a pre-built with…

Placed and order for a pre-built with 3-4 upgrades. Contacted green beast the following week and explained to them it was a birthday gift for my Son and was hoping to have it by a certain date. Not only did they make that happen they had it here two days early than originally anticipated. They were great with communication, getting back to my questions every step of the way, the pc arrived and is incredible. My son could not be happier. Would recommend these guys any day of the week!

No response

I had placed an order in early of February and had no response from them after the expected delivery date has passed. I had to go through my credit issuer to inform them of product not received to dispute the charges. I would not recommend this company.

We're sorry for this negative experience. We had a message backlog in February and some replies were delayed. We also moved to a significantly upgraded chat system to ensure all messages get replies in a timely manner, and better organization internally.

Anyone can request to cancel an order at any time, up until the PC is picked up by UPS. If you submitted a chargeback and we didn't deliver the PC by then, we didn't dispute it. There's also a free 30-day return policy after date of delivery.

Doesn't respond to email. Never received PC.

I ordered a PC through this company at the beginning of the month, receiving a confirmation email. Eventually, the latest date of delivery came around, and I hadn't received a shipping notification. I reached out several times to their different emails (which are their only form of communication--no phone number), and never received a response. The chat portal on their website yielded the same. I don't mind having things ship later than expected, but when there is no communication, and no responses to any emails, I believe the business practice is, in itself, questionable. I had to reach out to my bank to dispute the claim, and also reported to the FTC, just to be safe. A learning lesson for me, I guess.

Nice build long delivery

It is a very nice quality build took a little long to ship becouse it was so close to Christmas but over all it's good it does look kinda like a scam especially when it takes a while to arrive but it's not a scam it's just a w company a little small but very fun to do customisation on and very nice telling me what fpc I get at the lowest settings (:

Great pcs for the price

This is a great pc I bought a pc with a 3060 for 640 dollars and it works great I would recommend greenbeastgaming.com to other pc enthusiasts and to friends I thought at first it was a scam but I was given what I ordered and in a timely manner for a good price 1000% better than ibuypower and they are incredibly helpful when it comes to service and tech support.

Will not turn on

Was sent a computer. Has not worked from the first time it was plugged in. Only way to contact is through a chat. Repeatedly promised a shipping label would be issued to send it back yet none has ever been issued. If you want a computer that actually works I would not purchase from them.
