Excellent product. I ordered a lower-end rig that is capable of running any possible game out right now, and it was absolutely worth the price compared to other options. The only downside was that the delivery took way longer than expected, and the WiFi adapter was iffy. Although The support was great with my concerns on their long delivery time, and spoke about how they are addressing the issue of such long deliveries, which I do not doubt at all. Great Service & Product! Would recommend.

My husband and I ordered two PC's, and we're both very happy with them. As someone who is not very educated as far as building PC's or understanding the parts that are required for them, their website gave me much more of an idea of what parts I wanted and needed. They also both look very nice and colorful. The only thing that I can complain about is hat both PC's came a month late. However, both PC's had separate parts that were missing and had to be ordered by the company. As annoying as this was, at the end of the day we understood that they were doing the absolute best with our orders, and now that they've arrived it was 100% worth the wait. 👍

Ordering online was very easy. I had planned on building my own pc but I managed to put together the same build through GBG at a little cheaper price so I decided to place a order. Mine was custom so it took 2 weeks for it to finally be shipped to me. I decided I wanted a air cooled pc, 2 big fans at the front, 1 in the back, air cooler on the cpu and the 3 on the GPU so far it has stayed 20 degrees under the Stress test GBG does while I play Cyberpunk 2077, also it is very quiet, I sometimes hear the fans speed up but so far it is not noticable over the 1 ear bud I wear when I play . I love there is no bloatware like you get with some of the huge pc makers. Case is really nice, worked right out of the box

So far this PC is running phenomenal! I purchased my computer on Feb. 15 and it arrived on March 7th. A little longer than I was expecting, but I'm completely fine with it due to the quality it arrived in.

Pros:
- The quality of the build and parts is great.
- The product wasn't damaged in any way as far as I can tell.
- They upgraded my RAM, free of charge, to DDR5 6000 from DDR5 5600.
- I selected a free 500gb SSD that came with the build since I already had an NVMe I was going to install and much to my surprise it came with a 1tb NVMe already installed
- This is all under a 2 year warranty

I have not received my product yet but wanted to leave this review regardless. I had an absolutely exceptional experience with the technical people that I chatted with I don't know his name or her name but they were well versed and very responsive and dispense an hour and a half randomly out of the blue on a Tuesday helping me make final decisions on my build. I had a bunch of annoying questions that were handled very courteously and I was set straight about some misunderstandings about PC builds. I have built a PC in the past and fancy myself someone who knows a thing or two but the technical level of your chat employees is very high and they did a great job helping me become comfortable enough to purchase the product!

Long overdue for an upgrade, I was extremely excited to plunge into the market. However, my euphoria quickly turned to repulsion as the current trends seem to put more weight on style over substance. Who would have thought that finding a simple build focusing on performance rather than flashy lights would be a challenge.

Admittedly, the shipping process encountered a frustrating problem when the Noctua NH-D15 arrived crooked. The team instantly jumped into action to remediate the issue and are proactively taking steps to prevent future occurrences. Not only did I get a new cooler, it was an upgraded NH-D15 chromax.black (even though I don't care about aesthetics the black does compliment my build better) and I received it the very next day!

One of the best experiences I’ve had with an entity or company, from beginning to end green beast exceeded my expectations and have one of the best customer service departments I’ve ever encountered. Ordered a computer realized I ordered the wrong gpu they answered super quick and were very respectful about my mistake. I highly recommend using green beast gaming for all your pc needs I’d definitely recommend this to all of my friends.

PC is lightning fast, stable temps, good cable management. Been playing maxed Starfield at 60+ fps at 1440p for a week straight now, and no issues at all. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a pre-built.

I've previously built several PCs on my own over the years. But with GPU costs going through the roof in the last few generations, I've been out of the game for awhile. I considered going for a used GPU, but found most places offer little or no warranty on used parts. So when I saw Green Beast Gaming offered a 2 year warranty on the entire PC and all the parts in it, as well as a very competitive price, I decided to go pre-built for the first time in my life: and I'm very satisfied with that decision!

Arrived on time. Very powerful, good looking and well put together. Set up was easy, I didn't have to install anything and support was very helpful with my questions since I'm new to PC.

Very happy with my purchase from Green Beast Gaming! Being able to customize your build on their website is great if you need specific hardware specifications, have a specific price point in mind, or if you’ve ever wondered “how much will it cost if I just max out the hardware?”

Ordering was easy, they sent me confirmation and tracking very promptly, and they were more than happy to update me during the build via email and the website’s chat feature, like within minutes most times during normal business hours.

When it arrived PC was packaged very well. Lots of shock protection in the shipping box and within the PC.

Plugged it in and it booted straight to Windows. Literally took 10 minutes to set up and then I was off to the races. I had the machine for approximately 2 months and I’ve had zero issues so far. Good build quality and a really cool looking PC.
