Honestly Lois helped so much with all of my questions during my process, this is my first time moving and renting out a property and he made the move really easy for myself.
The company is a really great company and I would definitely recommend anyone to look through this company. I have nothing but great feedback to give.

A really good estate agents,from viewing to contract signing and moving in they made the process as simple and easy as possible. Making the move a lot less stressful thankyou Laura,Lara,Lucy and Meghan.

When you call you get little or no response. Very poor management.

Their expertise and dedication to provide property management services have really impressed me. They send their excellent staff to visit the property, communicate with the tenants, and perform maintenance in a very efficient and effective manner. As a foreign landlord, Greenco is a reliable and supportive real estate firm. I sincerely appreciate your professional assistance in addressing the property issue. With their expert guidance and assistance, I would like to grow my portfolio in the UK. I would suggest their services to my UKPOA friends!

Yesterday morning I couldn't get my combi boiler working so I emailed Wiktoria, the Maintenance Coordinator at Greenco in Salford who was very friendly and helpful. I gave a few details about the error codes the boiler was showing and in next to no time she had arranged for the gas engineers to visit. The engineers turned up promptly and were able to fix the boiler issue in around 15 to 20 minutes. Fast, friendly and efficient service all round! A big thank you to Wiktoria and the engineers.

Having a nice and neat home is something everyone wants greenco homes are a place to call home and they will be helping you at every point . All the staff from viewing agents Caylum to Megan ,Lucy and Lara they all are amazing and professional in what they do . The all are so polite and concerning . Huge thanks to all for making home journey beautiful and relaxing.Already recommending renting with green co to everyone .

Had a viewing this evening with Lewis, he was very polite and really helpful , giving us all the info and price etc of the property , lovely down to earth lad and made us feel comfortable.

Today I have great experience . Everything exactly at time.

Building wide water issues - both hot and cold being off a couple times for upto a week.
Building wide fire alarm issues - if one apartment goes off, it will trigger the whole building to go off, which will happen at all hours.
Package thefts from both break-ins and other residents.
Homeless issue - irregularly inside, but constantly on the outside.
Mixed ventilation issues - non-existent or failing when needed in rooms that don't include windows.
Vague evasive communications that don't reassure, but in fact lead to conflict/stress/worry.
Not worth the cost for what is provided, nor for the hassle.

Didn't show up to a viewing, waited for 25 minutes, called 9 times before I finally got through and they tried to fob me off with conflicting excuses.
Will probably reply to this review with some misspelt, copypasted nonsense about being "extremally sorry".

We worked with Greenco in many occasions. They have our complete trust from the start - budget parameters, property choices , negotiation, completion follow up and then sensible maintenance work and let.
Greenco would also update us the market situations, legislative change and any innovative property investment ideas. It's not a basic property management co but aproperty investment consultant too. Talk to them and maybe you will find your ideal investment!
