I ordered and payed for the fire fly 2 on July the 29th after having been on the waiting list and it has still not arrived yet, I don't even know if it's been dispatched, apparently it's in stock so an update on its progress would be most welcome.

Hi Carl, did you read the text on the page before you ordered? It does state very very clearly in BIG letters that ANY FF2 orders are PRE-ORDERS. Sorry I don't want to write in capitals but if you missed that I don't want anyone else to misunderstand before ordering. It's a shame to give us a 1 star review before giving us a call, contacting our chat or a simple mail. We have hundreds of pre-orders and it's first come first serve. We're being delivered week for week and as soon as they come in to the warehouse they're leaving it again to whoever is next in line. So we haven't forgotten anyone and most definitely not yourself. I can't unfortunately push you to the front of the line even though we've now been rated negative from you, but you shall be delivered asap! I hope you'll then be happy. I myself have to wait till everyone else has one first. So I know how you feel. The good news is, we have delivered, and we are delivering the pre-orders, we just don't get enough to deliver everyone in one go. So apologies from my side, I hope you don't have to wait to long. From the feedback though it's definitely worth the wait! :) Please also simply contact our live chat if you ever need any info, it's much faster. Thanks

Hi Paul, you Pre-Ordered the Firefly 2, did you read the description before you ordered? Basically we're going to be getting as many shipments as humanly possible and the Firefly 2 shall be going out on a first come first serve basis. I can't actually see how far you are down the line, but we hope to get all orders out within the next few weeks. I would love to ship all FF2's out in 1 batch but we can't get that many. Unfortunately we had hundreds of orders. However be assured that everyone shall be delivered and taken care of asap. If you need any other help just let me know. As for delivery you'll get a tracking number per email so you can track your order. Once your order is ready I'll make sure it goes out with next day delivery. cheers

Best value with excellent service.
Green Vapes were recommended to me by a friend. I still had a good shop around & no one could beat them on price or availability of the latest models & any questions I had were answered quickly & professionally.
Still waiting for my pre-order to ship, but am totally satisfied so far.

As for the chat team, I wasn't sure, you wrote that they were rude and then in the same sentence that they were polite? I see you ordered Saturday afternoon. Today is Wednesday and your order is going to India! Just for your information so that other people don't get confused, today is the 2nd working day since your order was processed. We unfortunately allow ourselves 2 days off at the weekend, Saturday and Sunday so we can all relax and recuperate from the hard week. The postal system does the same so nothing could get picked up faster than Monday afternoon when you order on a Saturday. However knowing how much you're looking forward to your Vaporizer over there in India, we've done an excellent job of getting it to you ASAP and believe it or not it shall be with you tomorrow evening at the latest :D So 3 working days to India is pretty darn good and I'm actually blown away at how quick this is being shipped! I shall be sending you a tracking number per email right this second my friend. I'd just like to say thanks for your order and let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. Very happy with my Crafty!
I had been pondering over which vaporiser to buy for ages as I am a chronic asthmatic and was a little apprehensive. I shouldn't have worried, Mike from Greenvapes was an absolutely great help, making various suggestions of what could be right for me. I purchased the Crafty as the reviews were excellent and it was easy to use (great for me that struggles to turn the tv on!). I couldn't be happier with my purchase, I've tried it all weekend and my asthma feels great! The draw from the Crafty feels smooth and clean and the customer service I received has been second to none. I have recommended Greenvapes and the Crafty to all my friends and will always make my purchases from Greenvapes in future.
