He offered a great service, always kept me informed of the delivery of the car and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He explained everything in a friendly and efficient manner. I took my car for it's annual service and M.O.T. on the 20/09/2022. After picking my car up and on my way home I noticed that some of the functions on the car were not working. I phoned Griffin Mill to hind out what could be wrong with the car and was told after some wait that the work shop would phone me back. I am still waiting for that call. It was only by chance that I meet some one that had some knowledge of the car and knew his way around the computer system on the car and we found out that the functions had been switched off.
I have also asked in the past why they insist on unplugging my dash-cam. I was told that it's unplugged because of the high jinks that goes on in the work shop and things get thrown around and a lot of bad language is used and they do not want anything being put on social media. If things are being thrown around the work shop and there is high jinks going on I think you have a serious health and safety problem there.

Would like to send a big thank you to Will James for the excellent service provided when purchasing my Suzuki Ignis recently. Will was professional and friendly answering all questions and assisting set up of mobile phone etc. Cannot praise him enough. Very pleased with car and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Griffin Mill mainly due to Will's input.

Recently purchased a used Dacia Stepway Sandero from Griffin Mill Garages at their Base Camp.
My wife & I had excellent service from a Salesman called Paul Clough.
He was extremely helpful going out of his way with a few issues etc.
We had part exchanged our Fiat 500L at the same dealership due to an expensive engine fault.
Looked at various different replacements to suit my wifes requirements & Paul guided us to the best choice.
We are delighted with the service we received.
The car is brilliant & my wife is very happy!

I’m perplexed as to anyone writing praise for staff at this dealership.
Having purchased a new Kia 20 plate, all 5 occasions I have had to visit this dealership staff either from Sales on day one and now Service department have been obnoxious, ignorant never listen, and annoyingly always insist they’re right. On every visit I always feel that I am of no importance whatsoever.
Even an enquiry about current vehicles and the availability was really painful.

Service department NEVER EVER phone you with a progress report, or let you know your car is ready for pick up.
Needless to say my new car, may be a new Kia it will never be from this dealership.

Very efficient & excellent customer service.

All was simple & straight forward. Booked in on time & ready for collection when notified.
