Still awaiting 1/2 of my order (10 days after placing order). Tracking of order very poor. Not impressed with reply of, they have a high volume of orders ATM.

Ordered 2 tyres, only one delivered, reported, still not resolved. Car still not useable, very unhappy with slowness of response. Expect to rectified with next day delivery but no response yet.

This is extremely frustrating. I've had a very bad experience with this company and the Courier it uses (DPD) who between them cocked-up the delivery of the tyres I ordered and then sent them back abroad without any notice whatsoever. Since then I have been awaiting a refund and nothing has materialized.
If that wasn't enough, the person dealing with this in the Customer Services Dept of Grip500 has been dismissive and shown little to no understanding and as matters currently stand it looks very much like I've lost my money on this transaction. in the circumstances I will be very cautious about using this company again and I suggest you exhibit the same caution.

0rdered tyres on 19th Nov, vehicle still on axle stands as yet no delivery, tracking for last 2 days states in transit to local depot.
Very poor as they've had the money a week.

Great and quick response to the order. However, I ordered 4 tyres and they came in a delivery of 2, then 1 and then the final one over a period of 5 days with the last one nearly 2 weeks after the original order. Surely it must be more efficient to deliver the whole order at the same time? Anyway, otherwise, very pleased.

Bought a motorcycle tyre and within just a week of workdays the tyre was at my doorstep . Great place to deal with and the prices are very good too. Shall use them again when my other tyre needs replacing .
