I run a busy West End theatre visit group for older people. Group line and especially their agent Theresa Baker have arranged great seats, at great prices for us each month. We are listened to, given advice and the service is brilliant.

He ensures I get the best seats and always reminds me when payments are due. Nothing is too much for him. The process itself is a little confusing and perhaps more long winded than it could be but the staff are excellent, very helpful indeed. Ross was a star!

I am in the process of organising a trip for our young people, 17 in total for Lion King which is top of our student list. Due to the popularity of the show, Group Line Neil McMinnies had to keep searching for suitable dates for our Martial Art school, Neil was professional and helpful in changing our booking and we eventually got the school tickets. I can't thank Neil enough for seeking some very good seats. Brilliant service and I wouldn't hesitate to come again to Group Line.
