Theresa is always so helpful in arranging bookings for us, as are Ross and Neil when I ring up to pay for the tickets. We always get good seats, which means I get great feedback from my group. For example "I just wanted to thank you for getting tickets to High Society. The seats in the 3rd row of the stalls were fabulous and High Society exceeded my expectations. Such a treat."

Fantastic School Tri Support
We are a school who facilitate a very ambitious school trip to London every year. This year Ross made the process of organising the theatre tickets very easy. His communication was excellent, accurate and extremely helpful. Ross ensured we got the required tickets within our budget in order to maximise our pupil experience for the trip. We would recommend Groupline for any school trip, and we will certainly be using them for our future trips.

I appreciate the quick response and helpfulness of staff. The booking process was very easy, I could keep my tickets on hold for one month as I wasn't sure about the number of tickets needed. The staff was very friendly, understanding and proactive.

Samantha was incredibly helpful and made the whole process really easy. She was very flexible with payments and kindly held tickets for me while I waited for sign-off from my company. Over the phone she was friendly, clear and easy to talk to, and she took the time to find the best rates and seats across multiple dates so I had time to liaise with the client. I’d definitely go through them again and would highly recommend Samantha’s support. Thanks!

Helpful, personal service from the team. Easy to reserve tickets for hen party a year away, allowing time to confirm numbers and collect money. Great communication throughout. All booked and finalised now. Highly recommend.

ATG Ticket Exchange - Little known, great tool
Bought some tickets and then couldn't attend on that date. Spoke to Allen Elliott at ATG who guided me to the ATG Ticket Exchange Portal. I never knew this existed! Great online tool to exchange ATG tickets for different days for a small admin fee. We even got better seats. What a great customer service tool - when life or tube strikes get in the way, this is a simple no stress route to resolve issues. 5* ATG and Alan.

Group bookings made easier with Ross
Dealing with group bookings is always a headache with members changing their mind, forgetting to pay, not quoting the correct reference etc but Ross at Groupline is always there to smooth out the problems and make life so much easier for the group organiser. Whatever I ask is never too much trouble and so I'd never deal with anyone else.
