Gift for my Gurst Grandson
First time buying from this company for my first Grandchild. Kept seeing adverts on Instagram & thought why not give them a go, I'm so glad I did the quality is 100% and designs are great, (which is nice when they mean a personal touch). Would highly recommend.

These are delightfully durable and wonderful for my grandson. The two-way zippers are genius! The wash great and are super comfy.

Ordered a sleep suit from outlet and wanted to change to pyjamas, but no-one returned my call or email. Email sent eventually.
Update -12/06/25 order refunded and a lengthy explanation provided.Strongly urged by this company to remove my review which I am not going to do. It's not about getting customers to remove reviews. Company ethos is not for me.

We’re very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. However, we’d like to clarify the timeline and steps we took, as your review does not reflect the truth:
Your order was placed at 9:48am on Tuesday 10 June.
You contacted us 15 minutes later at 10:03am requesting to swap the item.
We responded at 3:40pm the same day (well within our 48-hour response window), asking for your order number/email address to assist further.
As a courtesy, we immediately placed your order on hold to avoid the inconvenience of a return - something most businesses do not do.
You did not respond to our message, and instead posted a 1-star review the following day at 5:18pm on Wednesday 11 June.
We followed up again at 10:35am on Thursday 12 June, and again asked if you would still like to swap the sleepsuit for pyjamas now having your order number via Trustpilot. Instead you requested a refund and we then issued a full refund within five minutes.
We reached out to explain what had happened and invited you to update your untruthful review in light of the facts and our efforts to resolve the situation. At no point did we insist or demand that you remove it. We only requested fairness and accuracy.
We respect your right to share your experience, but we also believe this review is entirely unfair and negatively impacts the reputation of our brand for no reason whatsoever.

I love the sleepers and pjs. So soft, stretchy and long enough for my baby. Their customer service is amazing. I always recommend this company, and will continue ordering.!!!

I have been having problems with…
I have been having problems with communicating with their customer service. I became very frustrated after multiple attempts and posted a poor review on trustpilot to hopefully get their attention. I have since been emailed by one of their founders and it seems that they are having problems receiving emails on their side. He has sorted out my issue and has been apologetic.
I have to admit my experience prior to this has been very positive and the customer service, whilst slow, has been good and the quality of the products has been fantastic. I have ordered many times as I absolutely love their pyjamas and so do my children.
I really do hope they sort out the communication issues they are having as it would be a shame if they get negative reviews based on this.

Really long in the leg
I ordered two baby grows in size 3 to 6 months. For starters, they took about three weeks to be delivered and that was after I had chased it up. The fabric is really soft and the zips make nappy changes easy but the legs are ridiculously long whereas the body fits fine. I am not keen on the feet which can be turned to make cuffs. They are bulky and mean that the baby grows take much longer to dry than others. So be careful to check that they are completely dry before putting away.

Didn't wash very well
I have eight pieces from growgrows, four pyjamas and four zip up sleep suits.
All of them washed really badly from the first couple of washes. The material went very bobbly, and on the pyjamas the neck elastic is all out of line. Washed at 30 degrees, on a slow spin, same as with all their other cotton items.
Very disappointed as they weren't cheap.
