Excellent customer service and products at a great price

I really love this brand.
The aesthetic is great, the products are wide ranging and they have great incentives with deals and bundles that always make me stock up on different products! I love the ethical side of it all being recyclable and not using plastic bottles for shower gel soap shampoo or conditioner. The conditioner bar is especially good as I have had trouble with other brands where the conditioner bars dont go very creamy when you use them and are hard to speed in your hair, I dont find this with gruums conditioner!
I have used them for years and the customer service has improved which is great.
The only thing I will say is to be cautious if you have extremely sensitive skin as ive had a reaction on my face from a couple of products. But the team were really good in handling the situation when I let them know.
The orders come quickly

I had an issue with my first purchase but the grüum team were quickly in touch and replaced the item.
My new shampoo does a good job and my hair is very happy.

Perfume/fragrance

I use these monthly fragrances every day as someone looking for an essential oil perfume. I put some on my wrists, neck, and underarms. I have been using a natural mineral deodorant for a long time without the addition of perfume. I am glad I can now appreciate perfume again in a way that suits my body. I also found some natural benefits to these as well, although best to experience for yourself. Now a staple.

SO HAPPY I gave it a go! I absolutely adore the brightening face wash bar, it lathers really well and leaves skin feeling super fresh!

The exfoliating toner is insane! It tingles a bit the first couple of times using it, but my skin has cleared up so much in just a few days! Pores on my nose have virtually disappeared.

The Kakadu Plum serum is divine. Not oily at all absorbs so well and smells lovely.

I have even had people comment how good my skin is looking after only a few days of use! (Im turning 40 in a couple of days so been battling trying to find products that arent too harsh but actually work!)

Overall... Grüum, you have gained a new customer! Will definitely be reordering in future.

I’ve recently discovered Grüum and honestly I’m so glad I did. The products are made from natural ingredients which is very important to me. The smells are gorgeous, textures are a joy and such a wide range of products. And the prices are great as I do find some brands offering non toxic ingredients can be pricey. this small company provide an exceptional service. They supply environmentally friendly wholesome products for personal hygiene, relaxation, hair, skin and spf products. All their packaging is recyclable and mainly from recycled material. Their packaging is letterbox compatible so no need to wait in for deliveries. Frequent special offers and always a friendly response. This small firm deserves to succeed and prosper.

Paid for an order back in February and still waiting for delivery, when you get in touch they make you fell like it's your problem and not theirs. I have given them all my details but surprisingly can't find my order, Im not sure if this is a scam of if they are that usless that they can't send out a basic order but either way im out of pocket and will not be using these again.

Love this company! I started out by trying a set of products a few years ago with an offer where you only pay for postage, think I got 4 items for that so fantastic value. I’ve since become a regular user of a few of their items now. I love the story behind the company and like to support a small business. Their shampoo bars are amazing! Would give more than 5 stars if I could ❤️
