I have been using this company for about four years now. I started off with a couple of items but gradually increased more products as I was so impressed with the quality and natural ingredients used. In addition very good value for money. The gift sets I’ve bought for family and friends come in beautiful decorative boxes and communicate via email anything new. Really impressed with their service.

I reached out to gruum for advise of the best products to use on my skin; they replied in good time and explained fully the products and how to use them.
I have now received the products but yet to use them.

I ordered a special offer where I got items and only paid postage. Completely my fault but autofil put in the wrong house number and I didn't notice so the item was never delivered to me. When I realised I asked if the order could be canceled but on a very quick return email I was told no, as it had been dispatched. However as a gesture of goodwill they sent me out another one. This was totally my fault and they didn't have to do this. But what a great gesture, and i love the products.

I have ordered many products from grüum and loved them all. My latest purchase was a fabulous set of fragrances to take me through the year, I love them. Convenient to carry and use and best of all , ethically produced.

Having used the seasons collection containing 4 fragrances, I couldn't resist trying the 12 month selection which was on sale. As with all fragrances, there are some that I love more than others but what a great idea as these are small enough for you to carry every day and a range of scents to last the year; the added suggestions for what to use when are great but it gives the freedom of choice if you're not feeling a particular month to use one of the others.

I have made quite a few purchases from gruum and the service has been excellent . The delivery is always great and the products are just ….. well fabulous !

Great products, cost effective, broad selection of hygiene care. I missed a deal and I requested customer service for the deal back as a one off and they sent out an email saying the deal was back on to everyone(!) They keep you up to date with deals and bargains and the products are great too. Didn't know it was a small business, I thought it was a big! Give it a shot, no hassle no strings, never had any issues with the orders or delivery.

I loved trying the products with the mcdonalds promotion and I knew i had to buy more. I wasn't disappointed the products are beautiful and smell devine I will return for more.

Gruum has become one of my main go to sites. The website and app are very user friendly. The communication from the team is excellent, friendly and fast always. Unbelievable amount of offers frequently, even though they're already well priced. They are helping the environment. I've bought many of their products (several times) for me and as gifts and they are all amazing products!! Give them a go and you'll be so impressed!

Great products easy to use with a lovely texture and subtle but lasting scent.

I haven't tried any Gruum product that I didn't love yet. My all time favorite so far is the toners or face wash. Or foot cream.

I started using their products as they have no harsh chemicals and use natural ingredients I have dry and sensitive skin and my skin has never looked so good using their products. Would highly recommend!

I absolutely love using Gruum products, and have done since receiving my first pack of goodies over a year ago. Friends and colleagues have commented that my skin looks 'amazing' and I can only imagine that Gruum is responsible for this.
I've had a couple of delivery problems over the past year (not necessarily the fault of Gruum) and Stefi in customer services has resolved them straight away and ordered a replacement for me.
I love the fact that a lot of the ingredients are natural and ethically made. Also there is a lot of information about each product on their website, which I find reassuring.
I can't recommend the company enough! 6 stars from me (if I could!).
